Tilly’s

This is a new find for me and I really like the variety of both guys and girls stuff they offer. From clothes to accessories and everything in between.
One of the greatest things about this store; I received an awesome sweater for Christmas and after trying it on I realized it had a hole in it. I was so sad about the whole thing. But I decided to see what I could find online.
So I proceeded to the store after work, with only the sweater and tag. (If needed I probably could have gotten the receipt from the purchaser of the gift) The clerk asked the usual questions in regards to the sweater and stated they only had certain colors left in the store. So I let him know I had checked out the website earlier and did see that same sweater online.
So instead of just giving me my money back or getting in store credit, the clerk said he would also check on line. He found that the website not only had my sweater in the color I wanted, but that is was also available in my size. So he took my information and at the end of it all and much to my surprise he said «Okay that will be delivered to you in a couple days». I couldn’t believe it!
But to be honest I am not surprised with the outcome. Because on my first visit through the store during the busy Christmas season, the entire staff were very friendly. It was so refreshing to go in to a store with such great customer service!
