We had a wonderful dinner here. Rustic hole in the wall atmosphere. Great service. The red curry coconut shrimp dish was excellent. We will be back!

This place has solid food — everything we ate was satisfying and true to expectations. The service was middle of the road, attentive but not exemplary. This is a neighborhood place with good food. Of note, no full bar and beer and wine only. Unilocal notes a full bar but this is incorrect. We had a nice evening meal, but nothing to ‘knock your socks off’ for foodies.

Dropping my rating a star after my last few visits. Warehouse has been a bit inconsistent for me and I’m hoping they turn it around soon. The food at Warehouse is still absolutely fantastic. So is the beer… when I can get it. My last few visits were disappointing in that each time I went they had at least 1 tap empty. They only have 8 taps running to begin with so missing out a beer or 3 is significant. I came at different times of day too. The first time only 2 were out and it was later in the night(around 9pm) so I understood not necessarily putting anything new on. The other times were around lunch time and once they had 3 taps empty. We were there for an hour and they did not put anything new on them. For a brewpub to not put on a new keg in the middle of the day is odd to me. Another thing that is frustrating to me is that Warehouse has the best wings I’ve tasted just about anywhere. I sit up in the pub area specifically to get the wings. Last few times I came during lunch, the pub menu was not available. Once I was told it wasn’t served until 1pm. The next time I came by specifically after 1pm and was told it wasn’t being served until 4pm that day. I already think the rule that pub menu is only served upstairs is a little dumb and now its even more frustrating when I don’t know when I’m able to even order from it. So again, food wise you’d be hard pressed to find a better salad, sandwich or entrée in Hanover. However the inconsistent experience, that I attribute more to management than the service staff, has left me disappointed recently. With the other breweries stepping up their beer game in Hanover(I think at least 2 have surpassed them from a beer perspective), Warehouse needs to step up their game to compete for my liver and dollar.

Atmosphere is wonderful and food is great! I had the tuna steak sandwich, which was cooked perfectly. I was disappointed that it was served with some macaroni salad instead of the bleu cheese cole slaw, since I was excited to try the slaw. My mother had the special of the day-salmon. She said it was amazing. I’m only giving the restaurant 3 stars because the service was so SLOW. We were seated at 7 and didn’t get our food until 7:50. That seems like a little too long of wait. Might go back to try the pub.

Decent food. Piss poor service. Had the crab grilled cheese. It was really good. A friend got chicken fingers and they got maybe 5 small nuggets. Had to wait 20 minutes for the server to even come take our orders. That was asking to get help twice. A friend asked what the wasabi sauce was like and the server said«I don’t know. It’s got wasabi and maybe mayo». Our food was taking a while so asked when it was coming and same server just said«I put it in. It will come when it’s ready». We were ready to walk out when the food finally came. Also had to actually ask for our chips and silverware. Wouldn’t go back again.

I absolutely love this place. We drive 2 hours to get to Hanover and we eat here every visit. The house made brew is excellent and the food is always fresh! The salads are like they were just picked out of the garden. The soups, bread and entrees are all to die for! I would not usually order meat loaf when dining out, but theirs is REALLY tasty! The service is flawless. We usually go off hours for lunch when it is nice and peaceful. This is a small place with only a half dozen tables or so.(more upstairs in the bar). I just love the warehouse setting with art displayed on exposed brick walls. Very reasonably priced to boot!

We’ve eaten here for years and have always greatly enjoyed it. Always fresh, always wonderful, often very unique offerings. It’s more than obvious that this isn’t just a job for most of the staff, it’s a passion to which they are deeply committed. The Warehouse would be in the top percentile regardless of where it was located. I’m not sure how Hanover got so lucky but I’m thrilled to have them here. One complaint/request — PLEASE bring the Roasted Red Pepper Risotto back to the menu with the Stuffed Portobellos, and never be without it again. It’s basically criminal of you to have removed this masterpiece!

Firstly, I would just like to say that I love the atmosphere in this restaurant. The dining room is set up very uniquely compared to other restaurants in the area, and it is nice to sit down and eat somewhere without the corporate-owned fast paced environment. We started off with the cheese-plate, which seemed to be a popular choice since we saw several come out of the kitchen after we had gotten ours. No complaints here! After the cheese plate, our dinner took an exceedingly long time to come out. My wife and I were talking and don’t normally mind waiting for food, but I just thought it was something worth mentioning. Our dinner was the crab grilled cheese and the mushroom & goat cheese crêpe. Again, both of our entrees were delicious! An appetizer, two entrees, and three glasses of wine brought our bill to nearly twice what we would spend at another chain restaurant, but we expected to pay more for the«gourmet» atmosphere and food. Bathrooms were spotless. We will definitely be returning!

Excellent food in the downstairs café, and terrific beer and pub food in the upstairs brewpub. The brewpub taps constantly change with whatever concoction the brewmaster has come up with, but standouts include the Leggy Blonde and the Papa Citra IPA. Always a great experience to visit.

The pub is upstairs, it’s a cool looking room, the tap handle for Leggy Blonde is a blonde Barbie taped to a handle which is wacky in a good way, staff are friendly, Hopknocker is awesome, food is yummy, it’s like a hidden gem.

I’ve been to this restaurant twice. The food is mediocre. Certainly NOT the best in Hanover. The first time I came to the restaurant the salad was good, but my duck was cooked poorly. The breast was overcooked and the skin was so gummy I couldn’t eat it. The skin was not rendered properly. I always give a place a second try. I understand that chefs, wait staff, etc can have bad nights. So I returned a couple months later. None of my food was good. My husbands steak was not cooked properly OR even seasoned! I tried the duck again but specifically ordered it medium/medium rare. It came out overcooked and rubbery once again. I will not waste my time to go back.

Ive been to the Warehouse but never tried the food until now. I had high expectations after hearing and reading multiple reviews but I was slightly disappointed. The food was good but not great. My son and I each had the cream of crab soup. My only complaint with the soup was it was made with back fin instead of lump. It had good flavor but too many shells. For our main course we split the crab cake sandwich, again would’ve been better with lump crab meat. The crab cake came with caper tarter sauce and blue cheese cole slaw which was amazing. I wish I would’ve gotten a bigger serving then I did. The last thing we ordered was the vanilla bean cheesecake. We opted to get strawberry sauce. The cheesecake was delicious. I wish we would’ve gotten our own slice instead of sharing. Parking is limited and they are on the pricier side too.

I’ve been coming to Hanover for years to visit family and this was the best food I’ve had in a decade. The three most important things for me are… 1) Taste 2) Service 3) Atmosphere. 1) The food was amazing. I had the grilled duck in blood orange sauce and I couldn’t have been happier. 2) The staff was cordial and attentive. Nothing spectacular about the service but far better than average. 3) The atmosphere was phenomenal. They have a dining area and a bar area, we were in the dining area. It was quieter than most, warm feeling, and great for a two person date. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and I’ll most certainly be going back.

We ate upstairs which is more casual then downstairs and the food was fresh and very well prepared and excellent presentation with an abundance of flavor with creative sauces. The service attentive but casual but profession with a few phobias that were easily forgotten. The rotation taps are exceptional to meet all tastes.

You must have the Leggy Blonde beer! All the beers are brewed on premise and fresh and great. We had the wild mushroom soup. better than great. Pizzas very good. A gem in Ina hidden area.

Again we were pleased with the food and the beer once service turned around. The chicken tenders are actually baked not fried — tender and tasty — and a generous portion to boot. Salad great — balsamic vinaigrette good. Busy place always a good sign. We’ll be back.

Hard to rate the place but 3 for my first visit is about close but I feel like they probably could be a 4 if I were to give another chance. Ok so, bread and the special butter whatever it was was awesome to start. Really nice. The app I had the lobster shrimp mac and cheese. I was mislead in the beginning I guess. Very disappointing! He says it’s loaded with lobster and shrimp, and there was no way it was more then one shrimp cut up in tiny pieces and the lobster had to be smaller than a crawfish. Not only was it scarce in seafood but it was also bland. Complete fail do not waste your money. You couldn’t even point out one piece when he brought it fresh. I almost stopped him to remind him I ordered lobster and shrimp but figured it might be underneath the noodles. Nope. Dressing for salad is good. Really nice to see they make a lot of things from scratch. Ordered the duck and added a crab cake. Crab cake was good and stuffed with crab and surprisingly not one shell. That’s an accomplishment in itself. The duck was good and juicy, usually people make it too dry. the pilaf I didn’t find a good pairing with it though it was odd but pilaf was tender. I let them know about the mac and they offered a dessert as a constellation which is nice that they appreciate feed back but still feel like that wasn’t the right compensation. I spent 15 dollars on some mac that lacked the essentials I would have taken that off the bill since I did not get what I paid for. Still the desert I wanted they were out of so had to settle again. Haha oh well
