Top of the Line Fragrances

The practices employed by this store constitute consumer fraud. Please buy your fragrances from a legitimate retailer. There are fragrances with price tags on them for $ 89 which are $ 20 fragrances at Target. They will steer the unknowing buyer to purchase an off brand cologne. I hold Simon Malls responsible for renting to this business.

If I could give this bunch of gypsies zero stars, I would.
They are swindlers and con artists.
Do not buy any products from Hay or any of his demons. One would think that his products are counterfeit from China through Bulgaria.
All products are marked up ~$ 40.00 above retail so he can «discount» to make you feel good.
YOU WILL GET SWINDLED!

Price fraud; buyer beware. They will mark a bottle at $ 150, offer it at $ 105, then «discount» it at $ 79. Same bottle is $ 45 on Amazon, EBay, etc. It’s not illegal, but pretty unethical.
This is exactly what happened to me. I was duped, stupid me.
On a positive note, the swindlers were helpful in finding something that smells nice. I guess I could see it as a $ 30 service fee. The guy helped me test several options.
The selection seems good, so long as the products are legitimate; however, after getting swindled on the price, I have some doubts.
I’m really pretty surprised, considering how long this place has been there, that the Arundel Mills administration hasn’t been complained to.

BEWARE! There are no refunds at this store and they mark every perfume and cologne with a high sticker price so they can lure ppl into a sale. The counter girl will say something like «I will give you a holiday special and give you this one for free if you buy this one.» Figuring that the numbers look good when you see the sticker, your brain will let down its guard. You think that you are getting a phenomenal deal until you walk down to their competitors (e.g. Perfumania) and find out you are paying 25−30% more than what you should. I must admit that I didn’t read the signs and fell for the trap. I went back over there and it wasn’t until then I realized they will not refund or match the prices. Don’t be like me and save yourself the trouble. If you really want to buy, check out Perfumania first. It’s located in the same Arundel Mills mall. Maybe then you can negotiate or pit them against each other before forking out the hard earned ca$h for non-​refundable fragrances.
