I usually will walk into a store just wanting to peak at what items they have.
I bought four pairs of shoes and the gentleman helping me out went several times back to their stock room looking for a specific size and color, without ever giving me the attitude that I was taking too much of his time. He was also great at giving me a $ 10.00 Dollar discount along with some shoe shine. Overall I would come back and shop at this store as it was also very clean compared to other Kenneth Cole store I have been too.

Now that I work so close to this Kenneth Cole, I see the value of stopping in more often than not. Yep, they know me by name in here– hugs and kisses to the staff! Besides the fantastic service, they have been marking down their clothes all year and I’ve been reaping the massive benefits. Went in yesterday and I snagged summer and fall items at 70% OFF!!! This season’s styles have been brighter, edgier and more versatile than year’s past. And I DIE for those bags and shoes. I’m not embarassed to say I wear my leather sandal wedges to work almost every day.
