Royale Jewelers are the absolute best. I was recently diagnosed with T1 diabetes and was able to design a custom medical alert bracelet. Mike helped me to create a gorgeous gold bracelet. Thank you so much!!!

I was really leery about going to a Jewelry store in the Mall to have my white gold ring rhodium plated, cleaned, inspected and appraised, but all I can say to describe Royale Jewelers is OUTSTANDING!!! I found a coupon online for the rhodium plating and appraisal, which together cost less than my normal rhodium plating at other jewelry stores. Michael Gonzales was the representative who assisted me and he was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and just a pleasure to work with. I am returning with a friend in a few days to have her jewelry cleaned and rhodium plated also. I was able to forward their appraisal to my insurance company and now have peace of mind knowing my ring is insured. I will definitely return to Royale Jewelers for all of my jewelry maintenance and any other jewelry needs.

I noticed this place just by walking through the mall and I was in the market for an engagement ring. Since my first visit, I’ve been here on occasion to purchase a few other pieces of jewelry and watches. The prices are very affordable depending on what you have a taste for. If you’re looking for the place, try parking by the Modell’s and when you enter through that entrance, make the first right and it’ll be on your right side. If you enter through the movie theater entrance, just keep talking straight and you’ll run right into it.
On my first visit, I looked at various rings and they have many different styles to choose from. I ended up selecting one and I purchased a princess cut engagement ring. The price was to my liking and it looked so good, so I purchased it. What I really liked about this place was how you can get your ring sized right on the spot. Many places I’ve gone to must ship the ring off in order to get it sized, but this place has a jeweler in the back. I was told I could walk around the mall and it would be ready in about 1 hour. I came back within an hour and the ring looked fabulous.
The ring came with a warranty and I was told that if I had any problems with the ring to just bring the ring back to the store. That day finally arrived when I had to return the ring due to a small diamond that had fallen off of it. The diamond was replaced immediately and in a flash with no worries.
On my most recent visit, I had purchased another ring as a gift. I was told that the ring would be sized by the time I pay it off and come pick it up. When I arrived a few weeks later, the ring was not sized at all. The first option they extended to me was to come back the next day to pick it up, that it should be sized by then. I told them it was a gift that I had planned on giving that same day and that It would be nearly impossible for me to come back the next day with my busy work schedule. They were able to work something out and I became very satisfied with the outcome.
If you’re wondering about the rings and watches, they are all still holding up to this daywith no issues.

I’m always wary of jewelry stores in malls. The chain stores that seem like they’re desperate to sell you something that’s been marked up to here & back. But Royal Jewelers had a Trollbeads display up front, so my little addiction got me to wander in.
This isn’t a chain, or if it is it doesn’t feel like it. The folks are nice, and if they don’t know something — Trollbeads is a new thing for them, for example — they’ll find out right away for you. Plus, I brought in a bead that I’d bought elsewhere; it didn’t fit the way it should. Right away a rep took it to the silversmith and he fixed it. FREE OF CHARGE. Just ’cause.
With service like that, I’ll be back.
