I bought a pool at Namco on June 10, 2015. Pool was installed on July 7, 2015 and installers advised me that Namco should have given me a bunch of items for my pool and they couldn’t do their job without some of these items. I called Namco and they said«Oh yes, you should have gotten them, come down and we will give to you. I had to go back to Namco and get the supplies they SHOULDHAVE given me at the time of purchase. I get all the way home and the installers were like«where is the sand». I call Namco again, Nate says«OH I forgot to give you that, come back». So again, I have to go back and get supplies because they forgot? While there he says«we owe you a vacuum hose, it should be here on Thursday». It is now July 16, 2015 and Namco has YET to give me the vacuum hose that I already paid for. They can’t tell me when I will get it. They also told me they have 27 customers waiting on the same hose??? I have a pool set up that I cannot vacuum without said hose. Namco could care less– the customer service is TERRIBLE. They blow me off every day with promises to call me right back. I am so done with HANOVER Namco and I STRONGLYURGE anyone looking to purchase a pool or supplies, etc. GOELSEWHERE !!! I am so disappointed.

I just bought a teak patio set at Namco. I got a GREAT deal. The sales people were very helpful. They were having a manufacturer’s sale and must have the patio sets were more than 50%. They also offered free delivery. The delivery arrived on time and placed according to my instructions. I would definitely recommend this place. I had been to many other pool and patio places on the south shore and this place was by far the best with the best prices and staff. Save yourself some money and try NAMCO.
