I stopped by Merrell for a nice pair of snow boots, I already knew my size, so I didn’t need help sizing/measuring from employees, I can’t give any info. about employees measuring customer feet, but the employee readily knew which pairs were waterproof, he was attentive, very pleasant… the boots were on sale for a great price, it’s a little more than I really would like to pay($ 20 more), but they are very good quality; I checked sites online for a better price, the best price I could find cost $ 30 more than Merrell at Arundel Mills. I see that someone rated Merrell as ultra high-end for price, that is not an accurate assessment, it’s moderate. I tried to find any brand of good snow boots at Kohl’s, on-sale, they were poor quality and/or cost way too much. Merrell has great hiking shoes/boots too, comfortable, good arch support. I will be visiting Merrell at Arundel Mills again soon, pleasant shopping experience, good value for a great product, and they gave me a coupon for my next purchase.

I’ve been to this location twice and purchased 4 pair of shoes from Merrell in Arundel Mills. I wouldn’t have even tried a pair on if it hadn’t been for Tyler. His friendly demeanor and unbiased advice helped my fiancé and I find the shoes of our dreams. If you’re looking to get a comfortable pair of shoes/boots with YOUR best interests in mind, I would strongly recommend you come see Tyler @ Merrell Shoes!

Friendly and helpful staff, huge selection of shoes and boots for everyone. This is a brand you can trust for you feet and worth the money if you ask me. Just sad you can only wear a pair at a time. This is how good their footwear is.

I was really excited to see that a Merrell store has opened in Arundel Mills! I can’t bring myself to call it an «outlet,» because it largely seems to be selling products at prices that you’d expect to see at any mall. It has a selection of discounted shoes in the back of the store… but what shoe store doesn’t have something like that? It’s a spacious, well-organized and well-lit store, with a broader selection of Merrell products(mostly shoes, but some clothing and accessories) than anywhere else I’ve shopped. I’m a fan of the brand, because their shoes fit the shape of my feet quite well and hold up to heavy use. Their line is largely athletic, with some great hiking boots and running shoes, but they also have some stylish sandals, dress shoes, etc. Most of the shoes seemed to be around 20% off the suggested retail price you might find at somewhere like REI. The prices are still moderately expensive, but on the lower end of what you might pay for good athletic shoes. The employee working this evening was incredibly friendly and helpful, and explained what was on sale and where I might find the things I was looking for. I was surprised to see him working alone in such a large store, but he seemed to be holding down the fort quite easily. When I expressed concern about the durability of a particular shoe, he explained that Merrell has a 100% satisfaction guarantee on their products — at anytime in the future(ostensibly as long as the store still exists, at least), I could return the product with a box(store credit) or receipt(full refund). From some searches online, it sounds like it’s a little more complex than that, but I was satisfied enough with the concept to get a cute pair of shoes.
