Loft Outlet

The sales associates were lovely and beyond helpful during my latest outing to LOFT. The selection of wonderful, professional attire at a great price is the reason I keep going back. I managed to find several cute blouses and sundresses for under $ 60 altogether! That’s a win-​win in my book. Plus, their selection of cute accessories such as watches, jewelry and scarves are certainly affordable and stylish.

Bottom Line: Much like the regular Loft but the overall quality seems a little lower and the prices commensurate.
The style at Loft is classy yet still stylish. I think their current target market is women 25 to 45, or something along those. They used to cater to an older, more business casual crowd but did some rebranding several years ago. Most of the styles here are casual with the fanciest being sun dresses or business casual pants.
This store is kinda a mess, «wardrobing room» included, but I thought they had some decent prices like $ 17 t-​shirts and $ 32 cardigans. These aren’t steals by any means, but for building the basics of my wardrobe, the Loft Outlet seems like a good place.
Once merchandise arrives in the store the prices decrease every week until it eventually lands in the final sale section. If you have the patience to sort through the deep discount racks, I think there are some really good deals in the back corner. The ladies at the sale rack looks like buzzards on road kill and I applaud them for their dedication to sorting through that mess looking for awesome savings. With some persistence you can find items back there like $ 4 shirt and $ 10 pants.
Petite women will appreciate the selection of petite sizes.
Service here is ok and about what I would expect for an outlet.

I remember when I worked retail that the walking directions and areas to maneuver had to be wide enough for a wheelchair to get through. Well that is not the case here and I am pretty sure that it was a regulation back in the day. If it still exists then they are definitely a violator.
They have a very dirty floor, the fitting room locks are broken, their sale selection takes up a huge portion of their store – hello does anyone shop here anymore or are their clothes that BAD that people don’t buy them?
I rather go to the full line Ann Taylor Loft store in Columbia Mall!

I’m like the ultimate Ann Taylor Loft fan. Cool styles and a nice selection of sales at this location. But you need to visit often to get an idea of when the new stuff arrives. This is probably my 7^th favorite Loft location. What I dislike at this location is the staff — they are pretty rude, unfriendly and helpful.
