Hershey’s Ice Cream

Easy to miss in the Arundel Mills food court. It’s on the side of the Subway counter. A small selection of ice cream all made by Hershey’s. I wish they had more selection. People behind the counter must not be allowed to talk even when they gladly take your money.

The guy running this franchise inside Arundel Mills Mall is very mean spirited. He refused to serve us soft serve ice cream saying it was only available on weekends. I doubt that was true. When we told him how we were paying he got upset at us
He also got angry at a man who asked for change for a buck so his son could ride the merry go round next to his location. Kids are 99 percent of your business, why would you do that? We gave the man change and he said had he gotten change he would have bought the kid a cone. Nice job scaring off customers pal!
The ice cream was ok but nothing special, its not worth going if you get abused the server /​owner needs to be replaced or shut down in this location.
Ice Cream and friendliness go hand in hand, if you can’t smile and be nice serving ice cream you are in the wrong business.
