I visit this BBB often. As with most BB&Bs, it’s very hard to locate a particular product… But with the help of a couple associates, I was able to find the product I was looking for! It would be nice if they tell you the location of the product on the website so you know where to look(like target). You’ll always find things you don’t need, but it’s fun just walk around and browse through all the little nick-nacks. Never shop without your 20% coupon… but if you do forget it, save your receipt and bring it back with your coupon for an adjustment.

The girls i talked to on the phone were absolutely amazing, my sister and i were runnibg around looking for space heaters and we called ahead and the young lady christine had me hold so she could check prices! They even offered to hold it for us! Unlike Wal-Mart and target in laurel…

BLEH. By desperation I had to go to this BBB and found a poorly laid out store, a NIGHTMARE of a parking lot, and unpleasant people working there. I dealt with three individuals who treated me with hostility over a simple return. Best believe I will *not* be returning.

It is alway the stuff I never knew I needed until I go there. this one is brand NEW! It is on oar with every other one I’ve been in. Neat, clean easy to get around in, clearly marked merchandise … the usual!

Another BBB and another similar experience. Plenty of quality products, large selection and plenty of things you need, even if you never thought about them. This particular store seem more crowded than the other ones though.

I dislike receiving advertisements for coupons in my email for coupons to be mailed to me. Stop spamming me electronically if I’m just waiting for a physical mailer. The store is fine, has a mediocre selection, but is well staffed.

There are definitely pros and cons for this place. One of the best things is that I just bought a house so I’m pretty much obsessed with everything they sell. No matter how busy they are, the line always moves quickly. Most of the things AREOVERPRICED but they constantly have 20% coupons that make alot if things a good deal. I love coming into this store because it gives me ideas… and then I usually look online and find it cheaper. Its the best window shopping kind of store. The best thing about BBB is the selection of K-cups and soda stream flavors. I have both items and those items are always in stock and the same price everywhere else

Most of the merchandise that I purchased here are not durable. I find myself often going back to the store to return merchandises. BBB, if you analyze the price ranges does not really sell merchandise at the low price even with the $ 5 combo or 20% off an item. Looking at the prices, you can point out that they sell at retail and the coupons or discounts are baits to make you come in to spend more on other things. Despite BBB organized merchandise shelving, friendly customer service, and some sort of interesting items, BBB does not go beyond reach to consumers’ expectations.

Convoluted, crowded, narrow aisles, and most things are horribly overpriced. But with the 20% coupons and random sales, you can occasionally find gems. The staff has always been friendly.

This place is great for the random purchase. When preparing for a trip this was the place to go to pick up or make a travel kit of shampoo and other items the right size for airport security clearance. Also great for stocking stuffers.

One of the ladies was a bit crabby i love Bed Bath & Beyond & i usually spend wayyyy too much money… but i wouldnt spend any extra money(if any) in this one due to the poor customer service i received from a supposed manager… i had to damn near flag her down and yell«EXCUSEME» to get her attention, as she blatantly ignored me and walked away twice… maybe i was the wrong color… oh wait did i say that out loud!!!

Cramped aisles(even more so than the usual BB&B), long lines, and poor service at the registry desk means we only go this location when we absolutely need something immediately. Otherwise, we’ll visit a different location when we’re out and about on another shopping trip. If you want to set up a wedding registry, go to the BB&B in the new Annapolis Town Centre at Parole. The employees working the registry desk are incredibly helpful and friendly. Look for Mike and Sherri, they’re fantastic. It should go without saying, but don’t forget your 20% off coupon.

Go into the store. Find the product we’re looking for. But it’s on the top shelf, so we’ll need an employee with a ladder to get it down. Unable to find any workers while searching half of the store. We go back to the«doorman» who I guess greets people and ask him for help. He walkie-talkies someone. Tells us someone will be there shortly. We wait for about 10 minutes. No one comes. I search the hallways for any employee to help us. I don’t even see any employees in the long hallways throughout the store. Deja Vu. Go back to doorman. He calls again. No one comes again. I search the hallways and find no one again. I attempt to go to the Customer Service desk. But unfortunately it is overrun with people because they are using it as one of the only checkout lines. I go back to doorman and after being told I would be helped twice and being completely forgotten about twice, I’m mad. I ask him if he can forgo saying«hi» to people to help me. I want someone at the store to HELPMEGIVETHEMMONEY. He gets the manager while I mutter complaints. Manager tells doorman he can help me. Mr. and Ms. Manager, it’s called empowering your employee. If your employee is scared to help someone buy something at your store, then you’re probably doing something wrong. See, the point of a store is to sell things. That’s how they work. That’s how you and your employees get paid. I get my product and head to the cash registers. Which are *surprise* still overwhelmed and understaffed. Perfect finish to the trip. Sorry I was a bit short with you Mr. Doorman. I blame the management for this sort of organizational incompetence. I suggest heading to Columbia location if you’re in the area and need something from Bed Bath & Beyond.

Ever try to fit into your old clothes only to find that your legs can no longer fit but your arm can with decent clearance or you burst some seams writhing out of it? That’s what this Bed Bath & Beyond feels like. Just as you try to convince yourself that your waist is still a 32, it seems they tried to fit as much stock as they could into a space that is far too small. The aisles are narrow and you often have to play a game of chicken with someone coming down your aisle. Additionally, being located next to Best Buy and fairly close to Muvico, the parking lot is usually packed. So why 4 stars? 1) The registry! If you’re getting married, I highly recommend BB&B’s bridal registry. I’ll admit, when they put that little scanning gun into my hand, I went crazy scanning anything and everything. Post wedding, however, I realized that I don’t really need a lot of the stuff we registered for, including every single thing OXO made. Thankfully, the return process is painless. We expected to get store credit with some of the items since gift receipts weren’t included but they gave us CASH! Even when I told the cashier, «Ummmm, I can just take store credit; I’m going to buy other stuff today,» she insisted I take cash. 2) The coupons. I’m sure you’ve received those massive 20% off one item postcards from them. Here’s a tip: at this BB&B, you can use as many of those as you want and they never expire. I saved up about 10 of them since we get 2 or 3 a month, and essentially got 20% off our entire purchase. 3) Friendly service. It can be difficult at times to track down an employee, but they’ve usually been rather helpful. I will warn you however, that some of the employees & managers can be ignorant and incompetent — a deadly mix. Easy returns, coupons, and every OXO product imaginable gets 4 stars from me.
