Express Countertops

Overall excellent experience with Express Countertops. To get an estimate all I had to do was email a rough sketch of my kitchen. The estimate was free and I received it within one day of emailing the drawing. Within a couple days, they came out and did a template of the kitchen. Within another couple days the countertops were ready and installed. The entire process took only two weeks and that was a few days longer because of my schedule. I felt the price was very reasonable and the company doesn’t «nickel and dime» you for minor changes to your original estimate. The installers were professional and courteous and did not leave a mess once they left. Overall the installation only took about three hours and they arrived on time the day of. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for new countertops.

We used express countertops to match an old countertop and replace one small section. They were so fast! From when we signed off on the design template to installation was less than one week. The installers were also very professional, did a lovely job installing a very heavy undermount sink and cleaned up when they were finished. The cost was a bit less than home depot, and service was fabulous. I will use them again!

After we went comparison shopping one afternoon to various places near Hanover/​Jessup, we stopped in to Express Countertops since it came up on the Google Map search. Just doing due diligence. Well, the showroom wasn’t so impressive as places such as United Counters but we were shocked at how low the price they quoted us. $ 2400 compared to $ 5800, $ 5200, $ 4500 from others. I took a chance and braced myself for «getting what I paid for». What they installed to our difficult 1880’s kitchen was perfect. Beautiful, cleanly installed with great precision. Their customer service was excellent, polite (aside from the curt receptionist who sounds stressed) and intelligent. We’re shocked we got something so good for such a great price, which was what won us over.
