Customer service sucks!!! The girls are all over the place but idk doing that cus they dont really get the job done right! I went for a pick up & one of them
Told me to pull up & she’ll bring it out 15 mins pass by & i get off my car go inside & i asked them whats goin on with my food & another girl says its here, its ready! My bag was just sittin on the counter & i had to go off on them! How dare you tell me to pull up & leave the food on the counter waiting for me to come in for it! These young girls dont even know what theyre doing! Hire some new staff!!!

Really rude «servers» the two girls that were working would roll their eyes at me every time my friend & I needed a refill. The food was cold as well. I wish I never went here. This place is not as good as it used to be.

Amazing I went to get tacos. A close friend recommended the place … Yea the cashiers aren’t friendly but the tacos are GREAT! I got beef tacos plain and it was the best taco over EVER had. Next time I will try more and update.
FANTASTIC I came to have good tacos and that’s what I got I personally don’t care about their customer service as long as my order is correct and food it good.

Wish I could give 0 stars. VERY RUDE PEOPLE. Even the manager was rude! Used to come here all the time & loved the food. But had some bad tacos and talked to the manager and she handled the situation HORRIBLY. absolute horrible customer service. Immediately started giving me attitude and then had all her other employees give attitude. So unprofessional. Do NOT come here! Los fernanadez is way better and right down the street! Go there instead!

Please hear me out. DO NOT COME HERE. Nothing irritates me more than bad customer service. Just something simple they will handle it unprofessional. And all of the employees seemed to hate being there. Why hire staff that’s gonna be rude! I came in today for just a simple exchange and I got bad attitudes from everyone… Save your time, your money, your experience for a more professional place. Los Fernandez down the street is top notch in the area. Recommend there instead of here.

This place is an great choice if you are in the area and want a quick bite. I normally get the steak burrito, and have it modified a bit. They always get the order correct and the food quality has improved greatly over the past couple of months. The only complaint that I have is that I enjoy limes with my burrito, and they always seem to forget to include them in my to go order. Other than that, the staff is excellent and the food is great. I continue to choose this place over the many others that are in this area.

The best Mexican food! The salsa and chips are to die for! I love the steak burrito which is very filling. My husband gets the steak tacos (dinner) and loves them as well. We go here very often and the staff is always friendly and fast. It’s our favorite spot for Mexican!

This place should have a record for the worlds smallest tacos. I ordered steak tacos and after i picked out all the fat there was not much left. The staff was very friendly though.

I was here about 4 years ago last and I remember having a satisfactory experience, but this time was a completely unsatisfactory one. I went with a party of 8, and even though they brought out the food in a timely fashion, the food was the problem itself. One person didn’t want beans on the side of his dinner and ended up getting all rice, including in the burrito itself, just meat and rice. Another person didn’t want beans in her taco salad and got beans in there, and someone found a hair, root intact, in their taco. I ordered the steak burrito, and I have never gotten a 1:1 ratio of steak to grease before but I guess there’s a first time for everything. The Horchata was okay but it could have been a little more grainier. Their red sauce had a unique note to it but not quite enough of a kick. Their salsa was good at least… I probably won’t be back unless it’s someone’s dying wish to eat in this subpar eatery.

This place knocked it out of the park my first time here… I had the tacos especiales with avocado and lengua. SO good. I think Taco Bell and Chipotle just lost a good chunk of their business from me to Los Comales. The corn tortillas were tasty and had a little chew. I wasn’t sure but I think they may be fried or griddled? I scarfed it down too quickly to investigate. The horchata was INSANE. All three of the purported flavors of horchata hit you in waves… first the milky sweetness, then the rice-​y flavor, and then the cinnamon. omg. And it’s not overly sweet! Most of the horchatas I’ve had are so one note in flavor. I’ll be back for this.
Big ups for drive-​thru.

This is my go to Mexican place, especially if you love al pastor! They were closed for a couple months while doing some remodeling and I definitely missed this place. Everything is always fresh and delicious.
They’re open late, and have a drive thru, which is a huge bonus.

I will have to say this place is a dump, food is blend, no flavor, service non existent. Few customers inside with more staff then customers but they still can’t get it done right. After my arrival and standing up front like an idiot I was asked by the «host» if she can help me, YES I would like a table, this is all you do, you direct people to their tables so how many other options do I have??? Finally got one of the princesses to take my order, food came in a while later, it was over salted garbage, I would return it but no one ever come by to check on it…

Looks like this restaurant re opened recently. I dont see much of change in the inside. Food wise it was very mediocre as always. Cheap mexican fast food. It gets the job done. I had a carne asada and my buddies had tortas. Meh.

I’ve been coming since I was a kid in the city in the south side. It’s authentic and still little tacos that are delicious. Inside is spacious and nice waitresses, but they play the music so loud as if we’re suppose to get up and dance, I can barely hear my husband talk to me — I would ask kindly to please put it down a BIG notch. That’s why I order out or drive-​thru honey. Great food though :) ENJOY!

I love the chorizo tacos here. I do wish they would make the salsa hot rather then mild. Depends on who makes it and when to get it. Gotta love the drive thru even for take-​out. Big Bonus!

Fresh, spicy and amazing! Highly recommend it if you’re in the area.

I’ve only been here once through the drive-​thru, but I definitely want to go back. They had several choices for tacos which overwhelmed me and made me just go with my usual steak standby. This proved to be an excellent choice. My companion has tried most of the tacos and likes them all. They have some kind of a 20 tacos for 20 dollars deal that I’d definitely be willing to come back and try with some friends. so far, so good!

I had the Gordita with Grilled Chicken this time, Still excellent.
I also had a sope with steak. Their steak is skirt steak and is grilled with a nice crust on it. I loved it! It sits open face in a corn tortilla with toppings on top. I liked it so much I didn’t even put it down and just ate through the whole thing! Though I think if I put it down toppings would fall off too lol.
This is still my favorite place for Horchata! I’ve had it a lotta other places now and this is my favorite!
The Fish taco seems to have changed somewhat. They ran outta cabbage… I got lettuce it was very good but the fish is a bit smaller than it used to be. See my previous review for more complete info :)
The chips and salsa are still better here than anywhere else I have gone :)

Restaurant review
Burritos galore. Another alternative to chiptole with lower cost 5.25 for any type of protein which is amazing. I ended up getting the steak burrito had a healthy helping of meat, cheese, lettuce, and beans. No rice, but not bad though. Otw relatively quick service given they cook the burritos to order. They also give you two type of salsa to go with your burrito, the red sauce is definitely spicy!
Pro: inexpensive, relatively quick for cook to order food, free salsa and chips if you eat in
Cons: none, don’t expect a super fancy restaurant though… Also the drive through may take a while since they cook the food to order
Hidden gem: Carry out to save money on tip, no free chips though
