Filthy. This place has gone down hill quickly. All they need to do is keep the place clean. Tables are all dirty and dead flies around all the windows. I can get over the staff not greeting with a hello, but filth I can’t get over.

Terrible service today 11÷5÷15. 10:30am
No lines, no customers.
Pulled up to the drive thru, waited 5 minutes, and no one greeted us, until I started whistling and honking.
Finally got a response. Ordered my meal, but she wasn’t the brightest crayon in the box, had to keep repeating myself, and talking over her just to be sure she got my order correct.
We will not be back to wendys hanford. We will not suggest our friends to come here.
Slow service, terrible order taking.

I go to the drive thru here all the time and I get my food in speed time like 2 or 3 mins. I came to the dining room today and the workers were so nice and the manager came around to ask us how our meal was. This is the best Wendy’s I’ve ever been to.

I’ve been here the past 2 days and both of which I waited over 16 minutes in the drive thru. I came at 2:30, so I can only imagine what dinner time looks like. They either need more help at this store, or need to peddle out the food faster.

First of all they get the order correct every time. This is the first time staff has opened the door for me entering and leaving. The Ciabatta burger is a new fav of mine. If you ask me Wendy’s fries are great. This is my first review of a fast food restaurant that I can remember. So to speak of the establishment vice the menu is ideal. Staff here is nice and friendly and that makes any dine-​in experience better then most. Only thing would be better interior cleanliness.
Drive-​thru is always serviced with a smile…

Really, no baked potatoes on a Saturday night. Deer in the headlights look from the help. Unilocal really needs to get organized and totally boycott this place

I really like their Asiago Chicken Sandwich (Spicy Filet). Only problem is that I dont like the Ranch Sauce they put on it, so I ask for Mayo instead. ¾ of the time, they forget to put the Mayo on it and I have to scrape off the Ranch. They also almost never put a tomatoe on it, which is what makes it so good. I have found they will custom make it if I go inside and order vs. the drive-​thru.
