Property Pros

A friend of mine and my brother in law rented from these folks. My friend told me they didn’t take checks which made it very difficult, she had to scramble to get money orders and cashiers checks. And they are VERY SLOW to respond to the residential needs of the home if at all. She also said when she moved they charged her for everything and did NOT provide receipts at all. They charged her $ 500 for cleaning and gave her a blank piece of paper with the name of a person and that was it. This person also happened to be the cousin of the owner. So their shady business practices are in house.
They also charged her for repairs they made during the course of her time there. The place was spotless when she left. Beware, this company has a poor business ethic. You will NOT get your deposit back probably because they can’t afford it. I talked my supervisor out of using them to manage his properties based on my brother in law and my friend’s experiences.
My brother in law who still lives in one of the homes said it is swarming with waterbugs and they REFUSE to do anything about it. He is too scared to call for repairs because he will be charged from his deposit when he moves. It’s a no win situation. They will rip you off. My son was looking to rent in Hanford last year and he contacted them on two occasions, but after calling and receiving the run around twice he decided against it. I’m glad he did!!! e Renter beware!

I had found a listing for a home for rent, and I called Property Pros to inquire. The lady that answered was really nice and informative. She let me know that the property in question had a pending application. She did not encourage me to put in an application, in case the other fell thru. Instead, I asked that she call me and let me know if the other application fell thru, and she said she would by then end of the day.
The next day came, and I received a call from this company to say that the place was going to be rented out. The house in question still remains on their website, showing that it is a viable rental.
I give them 4 stars for their friendliness. My complaint is that they did not call me when they said they would, and they did not seem interested in my business. I was at the very least expecting them to follow up and ask if I would be interested in some of their other properties, but no they did not. The lady on the phone just told me the house was not available and left it at that.
I have decided not to do business with this agency
