Fashion Cleaners

I used these cleaners for about 6 months, thought they were okay… A little over-​priced, but decent enough to deal with. However, I discovered recently that one of my gingham dress shirts had returned from them with a large yellow spot on the front that was not there when I dropped it off. When I asked them to redo it, the man at the window told me point blank that «We don’t put spots in clothes» and «Man, looks like you really spilled something there, huh?»
I will be taking my business somewhere else for all of my work suits and dress shirts. I recommend you do the same. Fashion Cleaners is overpriced, rude, and you risk ruining your clothes.
Check out Deluxe Tailors and Cleaners here in Hanford. They’ll come to your place of work to pick up your dry cleaning, and they’re cheaper as well!

I agree with most of the reviews here. Been a customer for a while now and they do have excellent customer service. I’ve never had a problem with my dry clean either. Comes highly recommended

I highly recommend Fashion Cleaners. They have prompt courteous service. The drive through is great! More than fair pricing. Frank, the owner, trains his employees to be engaging and he’s done a good job.
The seamstress is good and that is also fair pricing. I disagree with previous post that she was cold. She is just not as engaging as they are at the service counter, but that’s not her job. She does quality work.
I am proud to recommend Fashion Cleaners and I will continue to use them as my Cleaners of choice.

I’ve been a customer here for about two years & have really no complaints. It takes them less than week to get your clothes usually, but if you need it sooner, they will work with you as well. For a blouse and a skirt, both cost me about the same — $ 5 & some change. Staff here is mostly younger college kids & they have outstanding customer service! i actually think they are much more friendly & talkative than the adults that work here, go figure. They also have a seamstress on staff. I took in a dress about a year ago, just to get the sides taken in a bit. I was satisfied with her work, but she’s kind of cold. I think that’s just her nature, but she never really cracked a smile much less really engage with me when i worked with her… so i wont be using her services again, but the job was done.
other things to note — they have a very limted amount of parking & since it’s off 11^th ave, it’s always a cluster (it’s next to taco bell). There’s a few more spaces to park in the back of the building, but you can use the drive thru too (huge plus). I believe they open pretty early (6 am? 7 am?) and close at 6pm during weekdays.
