Basic’s of operation have not changed. Clean storefront. Helpful, efficient counter help. Recent use of this facility resulted in a lost/mis-delivered package. While I am not saying, or do I believe, that it is the fault of the folks here, this became the first step for us, in starting the effort to find the missing items. As of this writing, this stop has put this issue into the corporate world, where they are investigating. The package was reported as being delivered. Now, on the UPS side they are, as part of this process, we are told, going back to the driver to see exactly where he delivered the item(our guess at the wrong address). Lots of back and forth phone calls. Interesting process.

Ups is a shitty company! Doesnt deliver on the weekends, expensive and no customer service. Just plain horrible! And the call center agents are so rude. I wish amazon would just use USPS! They are a lot better!!!

This store will not ship an item that needs to be billed to a UPS account. Why would a UPS store ever exist that cannot bill to a UPS account? The fact that you have to wait in line and fill out an apparently useless, non-UPS form before they bother to inform you that they will not help you, adds insult to injury.
