Very unprofessional. They lied to me for two days straight and ruined Valentine’s Day. They told me if would be delivered on Valentine’s Day when I scheduled it to be delivered then it don’t show up so the next morning they said it would be delivered in the next hour but over 3 hours later I was told it was still in the store. DONOT use this store. Your order will not get delivered and the people there will lie to you.

Ordered online and arranged for a birthday delivery. They called to say they were all booked up and couldn’t deliver, but could deliver the next day. She said, I could pick it up. I asked them why I would be allowed to order and set up delivery if they were already booked. I told her that’s why they have terrible reviews and to cancel my order.

Poorly managed and rude; do NOT use this location! If I were the Edible Arrangements LLC, I would be embarrassed and worried that this store is hurting my company’s reputation. They are awful. My husband ordered a Valentine’s Day gift that was never delivered. They guaranteed it would be delivered on Valentine’s Day, but at 8:15pm I was called and told they were short on delivery drivers(poor planning for Valentine’s Day) and I would have to come into the store to pick it up. They close at 3pm on Sundays, so this wasn’t even possible. If they had called earlier in the day, my husband would have gone to pick it up. The next day, I went to the store to ask for a refund, and they weren’t even apologetic. Overall, horrible experience for both my husband and myself. We will not be using this company in the future.

This is the WORST place ever. I am in Texas and wanted to surprise my mother in Va with an edible arrangement. First they delivered the wrong arrangement, so I called and they stated that it was their mistake and that they would redeliver them the next day. Well my mom works at a school and so they were supposed to deliver it in the morning, of course they did not. My mom was on her way out of the door when they called her over the loud speaker and she signed for the arrangement. The delivery man had told someone else in the office that they could have the box of pineapples! That was not his place to give someone else arrangements away! This is the worst place ever and I paid 125.00 for this mess. So unprofessional and I will never get anything from here again. I would have given it negative stars if that was possible.

When my very sweet boyfriend got an edible arrangements from this location, a very illiterate-written note was typed on the card. He spoke to a young guy to order the edible arrangement. He said he could hear people in the background & the guy read his card number back to him out loud(as confirmation I’m assuming) which caused my boyfriend to cancel his card shortly after because of his fears of card theft because he is a victim of card theft(of over $ 1000 dollars being taken) in the past. He also told the guy what he wanted on the card and what the guy typed up wasn’t even what he told him. We could understand if he couldn’t write what my boyfriend told him to write, but the worker put his own words on the card and on top of that appeared a bit illiterate. A kindergarten can spell better than this. When we went in there to notify them today, we showed an older man with glasses the card and let him know what happened. He compensated us with a 6 box chocolate dipped bananas with nuts, and gave us half cash refund back as well. He was very sweet about the ordeal and could understand my boyfriend’s frustration.

This is a follow up on the above review. I was annoyed and wrote a review without calling them to complain. I still haven’t called them. I was going to delete this, now that I have given it thought but do not see how. I should have been given them a chance to correct it. If I ever call, I will post again.

They don’t deserve 1 star… I placed an order on 9÷3÷13 to be delivered on 9÷6÷13 and they called me at 4:00 on the 6th and told me that my order would not be delivered that day. They said I could come to pick it up at 4:00 and they would only be open until 5:00.Not only could I not make it in an hour, but my AC had just broke in my car and I ordered a fruit basket with chocollate in it and was scared it would melt before I could get it there in 87 degree weather. The lady on the phone was nasty mean, non caring, and had a bad attitude. She acted as if it was my problem(guess it was) and would do nothing to solve the problem .She said they had 35 deliveries that day and only 1 driver(their problem this time). I really don’t understand how I ordered mine 4 days earlier and mine was 1 of 5NOT delivered that day. I will NEVER order from this company again, I could’ve gotten anything from anywhere else delivered that day… I WILLNOTBEUSINGTHISCOMPANYAGAIN… PLEASE I hope I save you the frustration also.

If I could give them ½ star, I would. The bouquet was AWFUL! The fruit was tasteless and the watermelon pieces were more rind than fruit. THEN when I complained, I wasn’t compensated. DONOTORDERFROMTHISSTORE! I get a bouquet every year for my father and now I get them from EA in Newport News. I’d rather drive further to pick it up than deal with that mess again close by. YUK!

This place is the worse. They NEVER delivered and the order was place 5 days ahead of time! This place acts like answering the phone is a plague. I guess it would be if you always mess up orders. I gave them two chances to and like the smart people they are they could not deliver! There was a closer location I request to have my item delivered through but of course they system routed the order to these incompetent people. If this is what you have to offer they should freeze the franchise licenses and reassess the requirements! Now I see why there are tons of unsatisfied tweets and customers! This sucks!
