I wasn’t that impressed when they first opened a few years ago so I never went back. Being given a gift certificate gave me a reason to return. The service is still excellent however the food in so, so at best and slightly overpriced compared to other nearby restaurants. They do offer liquor now however be advised that there is no hard alcohol used. If you order something like a margarita or piña colada, it’s made using wine somehow so if for some reason I ever return, I’m sticking with beer. At checkout I was refused the use of the certificate(the only reason for stopping) even though I showed the cashier that this restaurant was listed on the app. I’m sticking to the cheaper Mexican restaurants with better food in the area from now on.

We were looking for a place that had spanish karaōke. Went in a group with my family and it was wonderful! We had tables reserved and that was extremely helpful to us because it got crowded pretty quickly because its quaint. Loved the karaōke selections. Great atmosphere. Cute décor. I loved the sink in the woman’s bathroom(p.s. only one stall). The service was good at first, but after they took our dinner plates, I never saw another margarita. The waitresses seemed single focused and less attentive as the night went on. That is why they lost a star. Regardless, we will be returning

Great food but terrible service. Good luck getting the waitress attention. She’s does have time to go about giving hugs to her friend though.

I tried this place in a Saturday afternoon and they were pretty full. The food I have to say was pretty good. The just have to work bussing the tables when people are done. Over all it’s a good place to eat.

I was pleasantly surprised at the findings of this restaurant. I had pastor sope(pork). Pork, shrimp, fish tacos. I did not care for the pork meat on the sope… it was a different taste. I will return again to try chicken. Usually, I get pork products with my Mexican food. I will give it a chance again. As of now, it was good. The wait staff is very courteous. Yes, most of the ladies speak Spanish(it is a Mexican restaurant)…lol; however, if you need to speak English, there are English speakers there.

Super nice staff. Food was fresh and really good. Fresh cilantro is worth ordering if it doesn’t already come on your meal. Tacos were great and the salsa was amazing!

I love this place! I was on the quest to find some authentic, tasty, high-quality tacos and this place delivered! In addition, there horchata was amazing compared to other horchata drinks that I had elsewhere. I also love their sauces and salsas. The service is fast, whether you’re dining-in, carrying out, it going through the drive-thru. Whenever I’m in Hammond, I go there.

Extremely average Nothing exciting to write home about. This place is not that good… I hope they give better food… Lacks flavor & meaning! The service was great though, and lifts this place up to 3 stars!

I thought that this would be wonderful considering not many people in the place spoke English. It is safe to say I was very excited, so I decided to order just about everything you can think of from dips to oysters(the waitress said they were delicious) to burritos, etc. Unfortunately, this place left me very disappointed as the meat was super dry and the burrito really lacked in the flavor department. The oysters actually were pretty good(much to my surprise), but the meal itself was not worth it. The service was, however, really friendly and prompt as our glasses never went unfilled and our chips were refilled appropriately.

Service is good; but disposable cups unacceptable for their prices I don’t like that this is not Mcdonald or something like that it looked cheap and I think glass cups would be better since they also have alcohol and have karaōke

Ur service sucks. Slow. Speed it up. This isn’t a dining experience. It’s a taco joint.

I am on a steak burrito quest. Every other week I order a steak-cheese on the inside and a little bean. I have my favorite places but I constantly go to new places. The one from here was not the worst but close. Never have I found so much grissle in the meat as here. I have to say friendly people here!

I went for the first time yesterday. I gotta say that the michelada was very good. The location and service was good too, however I ordered the ceviche tostadas and I was disappointed. The shrimp felt like I was chewing rubber. It lacked salt and was dry for my taste. I hear very good things about this place and I’m sure I’ll go again. I just won’t get the ceviche anymore. The chips and salsa are by far the best I’ve tasted.

This place has amazing Mexican food! The tortillas are homemade!!! My kids even eat their entire meal!!! Whenever I am In the mood for some Mexican food this is. normally the place my family and I go to! Only Down part to this place is that it is located on a busy street so sometime getting in to the parking lot or leaving the parking lot becomes a little annoying!

This may be my new favorite Mexican Food place. The tortillas are awesome and the tacos are good. Their chips and salsa is what got me hooked. However, it is not consistent. The first three times it was made one way and then seems to change each time. The to-go containers for the salsa and guacamole change also. Sometimes I get a big one or medium one. Last time I got a small one :(Not enough to finish the chips with it. The staff is friendly and they have a drive-thru which I use to pick up my phoned in order. I order food from there at least three times a month… Sometimes I go just for the chips and salsa and horchata. I would give it five stars but they keep messing with the salsa! It’s still delicious though…

The tortillas are homemade and taste great. The seasoning on the meat is good as well. The chips and salsa aren’t the best. It’s pretty clean and spacious. Service is good and they had menus for children.

This place is great. It has meat soup with bacon. That’s all I have to say. The tacos are great. $ 2 tacos. Pescado and al pastor… pretty great find. I’ll be back. Didn’t think they were stingy with the meat and the service was fine. It’s a taco joint in Indiana. What were you expecting? It’s not Frontera Grill but it will do.

Just tired this new place and it’s probably the best taco place with 20 min of itself. Respect to some people grandmas kitchens but the homemade tortillas are great and tacos are above average. Not badly priced, If 20 bucks per person is out if your price range Taco Bell is conveniently located within a mile. At my table we tried there salsas, soup, and various meats on tacos. For this area this place is great. I would recommended this place for people to try out if there in the area. My grandmother is from Mexico, so I am comparing it to that. If you plan on stopping anywhere else close by, give this place a chance and judge for yourself.

The best Tacos Al Pastor around! Use to think Atotonilco had the best pastor, until I tried the tacos here. Had a few things from the menu, but what stood out the most were the tacos. I do have to say it’s a little pricey, which is the only reason I’m not a daily customer. But when you crave true authentic Mexican food, there’s no other place I’d rather go. And I definitely have to mention how great the staff is. Friendly and alert with refills and extra napkins. That’s always a plus. Glad to finally have an authentic Mexican Restaurant in the neighborhood. And they deliver and have a drive-thru.
