5 stars. I was in a car accident the day before and couldn’t move my neck or left side. I’ve been to multiple urgent care facilities for other matters and this was by far my best experience. I’m also an attorney… which they did not know. and they did everything by the book while still accommodating me. They worked with me on insurance claims and made me laugh along the way. I didn’t have to ask questions as they gave me answers along the way, but the questions I did ask were welcomed and explained very well. I will be taking any family member here if anything happens in the future. Quality care. Fantastic staff. Fast. Go here.

Went in here with severe ankle pain (but no trauma/​injury to cause it). I spent 20 minutes answering questions about my own health and my family history. The 2 people asking me questions were nice and friendly (one was in training).
Doctor came in and spent less than 2 minutes in the room. He poked at my ankle and said «I think it’s inflammatory, take ibuprofen» I told him that I take that every day for joint pain anyway and he said «Be careful, you’ll have kidney and liver problems.» He offered to call in a steroid Rx that «well, you could try it.» but didn’t seem to think it would do anything.
He also told me that I was too young to have been diagnosed with arthritis.
SUCH a waste of money. He was completely useless and I left with zero answers and a sore/​swollen ankle. It’s been like this for 3 weeks so obviously something isn’t right. He was rude and I was unimpressed.
Wish I could get my money back because that was the biggest waste ever.

Terrible. The doctors are arrogant. Very poor bedside manner and I have seen all the doctors there. I will only go there for pink eye or something that is so clear as the what they need to do, they can’t screw it up. The front desk staff are rude and lazy. Poor customer service.
