I’ve been finding carpenter ants in my family room for a few weeks. I tried all the home remedies and nothing seemed to slow them down. I called Adams on Monday and they scheduled me for Thursday afternoon,
Technician arrived on time and was very knowledgable. Did exactly what he said he would do and was not in a hurry to just do the job and leave. He walked the entire perimeter and interior. Paid very close attention to specific areas that were possibly the entry point.
It’s been less than a week and I have had no signs of any insects at all. I couldn’t be happier with both my technician and Adams. I did sign up for the contact services as I have put a lot of money into improving my home and this is a small insurance to make my home healthier and my life happier.

Their technician happened to be working across the street when I heard a scratching above my fireplace. I asked him if he could check it, and he came right over — even though we weren’t on the schedule. He dealt with the issue quickly and safely without harming the critter. Turns out it was a young duck who got in there somehow. Not your typical pest call, but I was very impressed with the service provided.

I had a great experience with Adams Pest. The tech was very professional and thorough. And the price was very reasonable.
