Bed Bath & Beyond

This is a great store. I have never been here and been disappointed. Overall the staff is friendly, and the location is decent. You can’t go wrong with the 20% coupon, and they even have mobile offers. The store is clean, and well laid out. Sometimes I feel they have way too many displays, and sometimes that gets in the middle of the aisles. But, I suppose they are all that way.

One if my favorite places to shop.
Recently wanted to exchange a product I purchased several months ago for a Christmas gift. They cheerfully accepted my request, exchanged the item and reused the same coupon.
Workers are always helpful.
Coupons always excepted.
One year return policy.
Love this place!

Terrible… Cold service… Rigid… Stale… Drab… I would rather go online than deal with such boring personalities… I don’t think that this store represents the intent of BBB as a whole… If you have other options, choose them before coming here. That’ll save you time and money…

Bed bath and beyond is one of my favorite stores for home décor because they have everything you could need in a place that one can get lost in or just lose track of time browsing around!
Last time I came in I was looking for something in particular, which I found relatively easy. There were people around asking if I needed help. The prices are occasionally higher than similar stores but the quality is awesome. After I found what I wanted I browsed around for a while. One of my favorite things here is the large selection of Yankee candles. Especially at holiday time! And they always have coupons for discounts in the paper which are bonus!
Parking is easy, the lot is huge. Easy in and out. The staff is nice, although once there were a couple people standing around while only one check out was open and the line was getting long, but that was a while ago. The store is always clean and neat.

Ok, so it’s a BBB and not really that unusual. But the workers here have gone out of there way twice now to help me, and I want to give them props for that.
The first time a certain quilt I wanted was sold out at their store and online. A week later they had managed to track one down and get it sent to their store for me to pick up. Nice!
This week I had a problem with one towel (of many) that I had bought from them. Within the first week a beige discoloration had occurred (almost as if I had bleached the lower part of it– but I hadn’t even washed it yet). I took it to the store and they exchanged it for a new one– without a receipt!
Ok– so their prices are a bit high, and you need to bring the 20% coupons to bring them down a little. Still, our wedding china set was 30% cheaper than the same one at Macy’s. Nothing wrong with that!
