Inventory is great can find anything you need. Customer service needs help. If something is your mistake, you should be the one saying sorry and accepting it. Not very happy with workers. Been shopping here for a couple of years now

If you need some type of cooking item, baking pan, frosting tip, or just syrup for snow cones, this is the place to come. They seem to be very disappointed if you are not a restaurant owner and say you are purchasing privately, but other than that, the staff is quick to greet you and ask if you need help finding anything. I have found so many hard to find items such as CO2 cartridges for whipped cream, Canvas pastry bags, frosting tips, and pizza stones.

I realize this is a restaurant supply store, but I haven’t been wowed by their inventory for home use. I’ve been in here a few times and once I noticed some very nice, heavy-duty half sheet pans that I was considering. The next time I came in, they were out of them. I was also looking for some 12 ounce ramekins or some type of individual casserole dishes for yummy things like individual pot pies, shepherd’s pies, etc. They didn’t have anything that fit the bill. They did have lots of skimmers, strainers, chinoises, spoons, etc. It’s a good place to buy things for a party and maybe, if you’re just starting out, things to set up your home kitchen. They have all types of cooking vessels, including some REALLY huge stockpots, but you won’t find high-end cookwear like All-Clad. This place is OK, but they just didn’t have what I’ve been looking for(although I did make a mental note of the Chinese spoons that are good for serving appetizers).
