This place is located next to Locatel in Hallandale Beach Blvd… Came here often many years ago, but they lowered their quality big time… Tasteless, frozen fish etc… This is all not the same now! They have improved a lot!!! Everything we ordered was fresh, well made and tasty!

My miso soup was very good… Richer than other ok places nearby!
My chirashi was, well see the pictures and judge by yourselves… Very fresh tuna and salmon… Also ordered a roll with rice paper wrapping… Quite good… The ginger, also nice and balanced… Not that stale ginger you get in some places… Wasabi was good, but too creamy for my taste… They might want to add some «real» wasabi to the mix…
Soup was also quite good and the tempura well fried… All in all I was very much surprised! The place is quite clean, could use some arranging in the back next to the restrooms and also modernize the restrooms… Service was ok, average which is ok… Will come back!!!

The WORST FOOD AND SERVICE. Spare yourself. Not only did the server mess up
my order and my friends order, we both complained and they argued with both of us! Not the best way to handle upset customers. After we asked that they give us percentage off they chased after us in parking lot to pay the entire bill. The food was overlooked and the fish is not sushi quality. Our lunch experience was ruined.

Back here again. It’s a small thing, but the server
said, «Ah, coupon for Unilocal no good… can only be used once.» She was adamant about it and refused to bring the manager to the table. We left! They or Unilocal is misleading the public and that is one of the reasons I write these reviews. The public has a right to know!

I often find myself at Siam Oishi when I’m at work and I need my sushi fix. Since I live a bit far away, I only go during work hours. I give them 5 stars because the food is consistently fresh and delicious. Service is fast, friendly and food always comes out very quickly (but not so quickly as to arouse suspicion). The place is also very large so it can accommodate a large amount of people at once. I imagine that if it gets busy they can accommodate you fairly quickly due to the large space. So if you’re in the Hollywood/​Hallandale Beach area and have a sushi craving, this is the spot!

I really like this place and is definetly more that what it appears to be. I used to come often when i libed close by and now I do come every time Im in the area even if it’s a bit of a drive.
Onto the point; their sushi is very good mainly because they have good product. Also the portions are generous with the fish. They have a lunch menu that will fill you up while veing very healthy.
I speacially like the Evony and Ivory hand made roll; the octopus lunch menu; and of course they have Uni (sea urchin).

Ok soooo I’m writing this as I wait for my THIRD handroll The seafood is soooo fresh & yummy, you have to try the Reggae roll with conch & salmon (yummmm-​o) the conch is so smooth & delicate which alone deserves recognition because if you don’t know what you’re doing conch can be tough & rubbery so kudos for that! My reason though, for writing this review is the CRAZY ROLL! Omg! It is sooooo good! Crispy salmon skin is to die for! I’m so sad I don’t live here now I guess I’ll have to order 2 now just to get my fix before my morning flight, lol! Enjoy!

This is my «go to» for sushi! Love this place. I have yet to be disappointed. They deliver which is always great. I am a big sashimi fan and it is always fresh. If you are one who loves rolls you have to try the big eye roll. Great sushi chef!

Ill be generous and give this place 3 stars. Service isn’t that good, I’m the only one in here and there are three oriental servers talking their Lingo to each other and paying me no mind until I had to deliberately flag one of them down for the second time to place a order. The server didn’t seem too happy when I showed her the free saki drink coupon I got for checking in on Unilocal.The food is great tasty and fresh good enough to order seconds but there service is not al that.

Found this spot thanks to a meeting that they scheduled there. Originally we were just having tea and Thai donuts (yummy!) but ended up ordering lots of food.
The sushi boat was great for a table or 10. The salmon and tuna were fresh, the fried shrimp were spicy and well seasoned.
They loose the star because of the service, It is usually spotty at time.
There is ample parking up front as this is a small mall.
They do have an outside area that is nice for a spring day!

I have been at the restaurant a couple of times and I also ordered to pick! The sushi is good and the service is super fast!
My favorite sushi roll there is the big eye roll and I also love their steam gyozas as appetizer.
It is a great place for a fast and casual lunch/​dinner. Plus the price is very reasonable!

This place has great authentic thai food and real good sushi !! The staff try hard to serve well and are attentive ! I definitely think the patio is the place to be! Do not miss out on this place when in Hallandale !! I suggest a sushi boat or some of the great thai dishes!

I came her after reading Unilocal reviews about sushi restaurants in Hallandale. I had some time to kill before an event and decided to post a sushi event here. The place was quite empty for a Saturday night.
I highly recommend the Tom Kar Gai (Spicy Thai light creamy soup with chicken, lemon grass, mushrooms and scallions in coconut milk).
I would come here again when in the area

While visiting southern Florida over Labor Day weekend my wife and I have a craving good Asian food. She being Filipina is often hard to please with American Asian foods.
We ordered the Ginger fish a whole fired red snapper. It was delicious and the presentation was dramatic as well.

I’ve been here several times and I really enjoy their sushi. The fish is consistently fresh, expertly cut, and beautifully displayed. Service is quick and attentive. Maki is a reasonable value, and there are many unique and exotic rolls to choose from. I love the Dragon roll and Beauty & the Beast. Their eel sauce is INSANE. I’ve had their tempura which is always good, as is their Miso soup. Great deal on 2 for 1 saki at happy hour. Wonderful spot, it just needs some interior ambiance.
