Bob replaced and repaired an infrared sensor, performed a complete door/opener tune-up & safety check and he even offered to program my car home-link garage door button. He was flexible with my schedule, arrived on-time, was polite & professional while he was performing the services. He followed up a few days later to ensure everything was working properly. we hired Bob to put in our garage door 5 years ago and let me tell you it was the best experience. First he took us around the neighborhood to narrow the field of what we liked. he was great pointing out the positives in the doors I liked. He installed a door that was quiet efficient and great looking. The door is such high quality that when the cat challenged the door the cat won. He also installed a key pad on the door so we don’t need a key to enter. excellent Idea. a few years later we had some questions and he was johnny on the spot to answer our questions.
