Wow, ok so I decided that we just needed to go to this food truck(cause I love crêpes and VW buses) and I was so pleasantly surprised. The crêpes are crunchy and fluffy and all of the ingredients tasted super fresh. There are sweet and savory ones and they all look fantastic. My dad also wanted me to add that the lady working there was really hot. 10⁄10 would suggest going!

GOHERE! Probably the best meal you’ll have on all of Oahu. Giovanni’s Shrimp Truck line insane? I haven’t seen Délice Crêpes’ line too bad. I’m guilty as a foodie nerd, and this is easily the best meal I had while visiting all of Oahu and the North Shore. Their food exceeded Giovanni’s by a mile, which is a testament to quality. Everything about the meal was perfect. I cannot stress that enough. I’m anti-avocado and the #3 Waimea had it and at that point, my urge to have a second one, simply states just how good the food and chef truly are. Completely impressed. One meal is enough for two, but feel free to stop by Giovanni’s for some shrimp to go with your meal before or after your crêpe. Parking? It’s luck of the draw. Just a tip: be careful with times. Many of the foodtrucks close early.

Delice Crepes was truly a five-star experience. Jonathan, the owner/chef, went above and beyond to prepare the best brunch we’ve ever had! The food was que magnifique, the atmosphere a unique and strangely perfect coupling of Hawaiian and French, and the service superb. I highly recommend this as a breakfast/brunch/lunch stop!(Sweet and savory crepes of perfection are served) Thank you, Jonathan!

We visited twice during our vacation and wished we’d had the chance to get more! These crepes are delicious. I’ve had crepes in Greece and Dallas, but these are the best I’ve had ever! We got the Tahiti and loved it. I highly recommended you try this place.

FINALLY got myself and family some crepes this passéd weekend. What an awesome experience… We got three plates, one savory and two sweet. The savory crêpe was the Haleiwa crêpe which had avocado, tomato and cheese and it was awesome. Just the right crunch and the fat of the avocado came out in the crêpe just right. It was a fantastic pairing. It’s just too bad my husband is a manimal and ate it with the quickness. What’s a manimal you say? A man-animal. It’s a beast like being, human, that eats everything like they are about to go to prison. The first sweet crêpe we tried was the Nutella chocolate crêpe with banana, honey and vanilla ice cream. Holy cannoli– I am not a super Nutella fiend but this crêpe was off the chain for REAL. I had a fork war with my three year old, but clearly I had an advantage, because my cutting skills are fully developed and her motor skills are still developing. Although she did order to back off, I did get assert dominance while eating it. However she is the household commander, so I did head the order. The last crêpe we had was a peanut butter and jelly crêpe with vanilla ice cream. Honestly, this was the winner. My seven year old couldn’t finish it, so obviously I did him a favor and finished it for him. What kind of parent would make their child finish a plate when they full. I mean, if it were peas– he would be choking it down, but the crêpe… I let it slide. This is a Haleiwa legendary place for a reason. Give yourself a Sunday treat and get a crêpe!

These Crepes were awesome. The crêpe dough itself was very light and not too eggy, taste was superb and very traditional. Great selection of savory and sweet fillings. I opted for the sweet.(: Definitely give this place a try, you will not be disappointed.

Delicious crepes! I got the savory Roma crêpe and it was super tasty and fresh! Not only are they to die for, but the service is on-point. The chef who made my crêpe is a very friendly, pleasant, and handsome French man who knows how to make real, French style crepes. I would definitely recommend anyone going to North Shore to stop by for some deliciousness! Best food truck crepes around! And it’s affordable! :)

Thank you Wanderlust! If it wasn’t for Delice Crepes having a booth at Wanderlust, I don’t think I would have ever found these guys. Walking around with my friends and checking out the different products at the tents. They saw the crêpe booth and wanted to get some. They ordered their crepes and I wasn’t really feeling that in need of one. While I was waiting with my friends for their crepes to be finished, the crêpe expert was talking story with us. He asked which one of us had a specific crêpe. Then he asked if I was having one. Let’s just say he convinced me to indulge in a crêpe. Boy I’m so happy he did! The one he recommended was called Paris. It was simple, elegant, and just delicious! I’m very happy he convinced me to enjoy a crêpe and not be left out! I definitely will visit their food«truck» in haleiwa! Keep making people smile with your delicious crepes!

Screw the shrimp, come for the crepes! I don’t even typically like crepes but we got one to cool our mouths after some spicy shrimp and were blown away. We had a veggie with pesto and avocado and were instantly reminded of pizza! The crêpe was crispy and crunchy but wonderfully thin and light. After the crunch the flavors were savory, light and beautifully well blended. The chef, Jean Baptist was extremely friendly and even let us get a picture with him in the truck! If you’re lucky, he’ll even make you the Queen of Crepes, a crêpe lightly buttered and sugared that’s absolutely heavenly! Merci again, Jean Baptist!

Fantastic service and delicious crepes! I recently had several crepes from Delice Crepes while in Oahu visiting family. The man running the truck was super friendly and modified the crepes to fit my dietary needs, which I greatly appreciated! My family also raved about the wonderful crepes. In all, we tried the Vegan, Paris, traditional, and some sort of Nutella/peanut butter blend, and all were absolutely great! I would highly recommend stopping by and getting crepes here.

We have been here for 9 months and hadn’t come to eat at the food trucks in North Shore until some friends visited over Christmas leave. Nearly her whole family was there and most of us ate at Delice Crepes. They were very good, I was surprised as I had never had non-sweet crepes before. The man working was nice, very good customer service. As we were finishing up he came out and brought our table two dessert crepes for free. They were amazing! Will definitely be coming back.

True authentic French crepes. The owner is from France and very passionate in what he does. While we were eating our shrimp plates the owner stopped by with a crêpe for us to sample. It was incredibly kind of him. Inside was just butter and sugar but it was simply delicious! Will definitely recommend and come back next time I’m at the north shore.

Aloha and Bön Jour! I eat gluten-free and had the BEST crepes I have had in years! I ordered the Strawberry, Banana, and Honey Crêpe for breakfast. Who knew Buckwheat is gluten-free? It came with whip cream and was absolutely melt-in-my-mouth perfect! Fine little dirt parking area with beautiful weather and beautiful scenery(I mean Hawaiian country is lush wherever you are) and VERY nice customer service. Tourists were lined up for Shrimp next door, but this place is the BOMB, a hidden treasure that should not be missed!

Good, quick crêpe spot, if you’re hungry and just want something nice RIGHTNOW. To be fair, it’s a bit of a parking lot, which is a shame, considering how many amazing spots there are with much nicer scenery. Oh well. And, to be honest, the young man in the van kind of messed up my order. But it was still great and I still enjoyed it. A lot

We came to Hale’iwa for the shrimp, but I think the crepes may be the real fresh catch.(Caveat: waiting for shrimp now so we’ll see) Either way this monsieur with his grandmother’s technique deserves all five stars. I haven’t been to Paris, but the lemon sugar crêpe will be my definition of authentic for now. It’s the perfect balance of sweet and tart. The Waimea is a savory item with turkey, tomato, cheese, avocado, and some magical vinaigrette. Both of these were only $ 15 together, which won’t fill up my American belly but there’s always shrimp nearby to that end.

Wasn’t planning on eating here. We were waiting for Giovanni’s shrimp and the owner of Delice came out with a plate of #7 and said Merry Christmas! He made the wrong order and gave it to us. What a sweet man. The crêpe we had was banana and Nutella; kind of perfect right before our shrimp plate. Will definitely come back for other crepes! He even offered his table for us to sit, we were just sitting on a bench about to eat without a table. Genuine man. So while you’re waiting for your shrimp plate, stop on by Jonathan’s VW bus for some sweet crêpe. It’ll work up your appetite and have a battle in your mouth with sweet and savory!

Love the savory crepes a lot more than the so-called«meal» crepes. But that’s just me. Unlike many of the other options on the North Shore for crepes, the crêpe batter itself is what makes these bad boys exceptional. Highly recommend and this is the only other place I’ll eat in this food truck park(besides Dat Cajun Guy). PS, unrelated but don’t eat at the burger place. Worst burger I’ve ever had.

After having a shrimp plate from Honos, I decided to check out the VW Van specializing in Crepes. French Chef Jonathan was very nice from the start. A one man show, he was taught by his grandmother, and decided to bring French cuisine to Hawaii. I created my own crêpe for $ 5 plus $ 1 per topping. So, for Cheese and Tomato the total was $ 7. As Jonathan was cooking my crêpe, he asked if I wanted Avocado for free! Cool! Yes, of course! Then he asked if I would like some Honey on it. He said it would taste very good with it. Sure, whatever you suggest, Chef! So, my 2-topping crêpe for $ 7 turned into a 4-topping crêpe for $ 7! It was definitely savory and delicious, made with TLC! I highly recommend Delice! Thanks, Chef!

A delicious buckwheat crêpe, perfect for folks like me with celiac disease! Four stars instead of five, because it wasn’t folded as well as other I’ve had in the past, which made it a mess to eat. Otherwise, delicious!

$ 8 for a crêpe — 2 slices of thin deli turkey, a few pieces of avocado, cheese and some diced tomatoes. You can see from my picture how OILY it was. We weren’t impressed. We won’t be back.

My husband had a lunch crêpe today and I got the Aloha crêpe! It was absolutely delish! It was like having a desert that doesn’t make you feel like you are gaining weight just looking at it :) I was light and perfectly sweet! And the perfect portion to not make you feel stuffed! I will say I got the shrimp scampi from Giovanis next door and wish I had gotten the ham and cheese crêpe instead! If we go back north I will be getting one for sure!

I’ve never heard of a crêpe truck until yesterday, and ever since, it’s been my dream to try a savory crêpe for lunch at this truck. Delice Crepes does NOT get enough credit. Unfortunately, it’s located next to Giovanni’s Shrimp Truck and other highly popular food trucks, so not as many customers come here because they want to try the tourist favorite. However, I was intrigued to Delice Crepes because 1) no one has EVER heard of a food truck that solely makes crepes and 2) the truck is a vintage looking volkswagon, which is appealing to look at. I made my own crêpe. I stuffed mine with spinach, tomatoes, cheese, and best of all, pesto. The crêpe itself was perfectly crispy and golden brown, making it an ideal wrap to go around the savory ingredients. I most definitely recommend this food truck. You may want to try the other food trucks that are high in popularity, but this one is seriously one that I’ll want to go back to again and again and again.

I love stopping at the food trucks but usually get here a little later in the day so have been to Giovanni’s a few times for the shrimp. For breakfast we decided to go for something sweet. These crepes rival the best in Paris with a Hawaiian twist Must try the Sunset with Lilikoi jam, banana and strawberry it was awesome! Will be back to try something savory next time

Had the nutella and banana crêpe and it’s pretty big and delicious! I believe this van used to be located somewhere else in Haleiwa town but is now in the small food truck lot across from McDonalds near the entrance of Haleiwa town. It’s also nice that they paved the lot in the food truck area rather than being all dirt and rocks like before. Service was friendly and fast and I’d order from here again.

This place is oh so cute, a fun food«truck»(actually a van) with pretty decent crepes. We have gone here twice and my personal fave is the aloha. They offer vegetarian too! You can build your own custom if you choose as well. There is a wide variety of choices. They are located just after killer tacos in a LITTLE parking lot. They have two tables that seat 4 each. They accept credit/debit cards for your convenience.
