Clean, well maintained and in a beautiful location, Brookside B&B is definitely a place we’ll be returning to when we visit this part of the Catskills. Located less than 5 minutes to the entrance of the North-​South Lake Park area, which has camping, boating and swimming available.
We booked the room with the king bed and private path, and it came with a deck. Plenty of room and wifi included. The common area is comfy and has plenty of books/​dvd/​cds/​board games in case you’re rained it.
Nuala and Marcus are easy going, responsive and charming. We are very happy to have met them. Breakfasts are full and included french toast with sausgae, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, coffee and tea. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Thank you!

Marcus is super nice. His breakfast is amazing! The house is so comfortable. The rooms are large.
