Burger King

You have to go into this Burger King with a sense of humor. Yes like many of the other reviews listed the service is very slow. However, if you are someone who works in the hospitality industry, this is the place to visit. I would bring my employee here to see how NOT to treat people. For example, you never hear them say may I take your order at the counter. They will never say please enjoy your meal while handing you the food. In fact when handing you the food they just stare at you and handed over they don’t smile they don’t say anything at all like enjoy or thank you. IN FACT no thank you’s aT all are ever said by the employees. If you would like to train your people on what it looks like for poor service this would be the place to visit.
I strongly recommend that you visit this restaurant and be amused by the lack of customer service and that way you will truly enjoy your visit seeing how much they truly have a disdain for being nice to the customers. I find the food good and enjoyable and while the service is absolutely terrible, if you go into it knowing that it will be awful it does become a very funny and amusing experience.

I will never go back to Burger King ever. They have lost control of their corporation in their stores. They allow their employees to be downright rude to their customers. I’ve ordered a sandwich that I’ve been ordering now for a couple years this spicy chicken sandwich off the dollar menu all of a sudden a month ago at my local store they started putting gobs of mayonnaise on it. After the fourth visit I asked the lady nicely if I could have it with no mayonnaise. Because I thought they had changed the recipe on the sandwich. She decides to tell me that I don’t know what I’m ordering that mayonnaise has never came on that sandwich. Then goes into the kitchen with her and another lady and loudly in Spanish start talking and looking at me. I have no idea how to speak Spanish. I’m flabbergasted that they would allow this to go on. I have asked for somebody to contact me about this. Giving them all my information two weeks later I’ve heard nothing. I decide to call back their corporate line once again. They decide to tell me I never called. Am I going crazy lol or do they just not care anymore.

A little depressing when you walk in. No one greeted us with a smile and it was dirty. We saw a man return a cheeseburger, which he unwrapped and touched, that was not correct and they put it back under the heater to serve to someone else. That is just wrong!

SLOW. Slow. S-​L-​O-​W. No matter what time of morning, day, night. Inside/​Outside. 1 cars, 2 cars, 3 cars, heck 0 cars. The PLACE TAKES FOREVER! And for what? A sloppy, badly cooked, embarrassment of a Burger King?
I enjoy my Whopper, not a wet, slimy bun. AVOID This BK!

Haven’t been to this BK in probably a year because the wait is always so long. But my daughter gave it another chance tonight since there was no one inside and no one in the drive thru at 10:00. Looked like the only one working was the nice lady manager. Food came pretty quick and was okay.

Service pleasant, but slow!

The fact that I have a 24 hour possibility within 2 minutes of mi casa makes me feel very happy. Let me paint the picture…
Driving home from work at 1am and all of a sudden, I get this craving for a fountain diet coke. I’m already a little on edge because I got out of work an hour late and I’m following someone who thinks driving 10 mph under the speed limit is a great idea… when all of a sudden… all is well! I get to have it my way! And the rest is carbonated history.

P. S. Still haven’t tried funnel cake sticks, but it creeps me out a little. and when you are able to explain the ribs… I will understand everything!
