if i can give this place a zero i would! like dang, can SOME of these employees be any more awful! i think we were helped today by some type of, «manager/​supervisor» — he was wearing those type of shirts but he kept trying to avoid me seeing his name tag… when we pulled up to the window he kept staring me and my boyfriend out in a form of utter rudeness and not only that we got home and came to realize our supreme orders we payed for was not supreme! i want my money back. poor experience, plus wrong order! but you charge me for this?! really. ridiculous.

Good food, bad service. 1. The drive thru orders are always slow. 2. Try going inside when it’s empty and the drive thru is backed up. You will find the employees socializing and taking their time making the orders. 3. 5/​16, I called at 1030 to find out what time breakfast stops being served. I was told it is served until 11. I take a quick drive over, at 1045 I am ordering. I am then told we don’t have enough egg to make any more breakfast. This is just WRONG.
Fortunately, I was one block from a Del Taco. We took a short drive over there and received the breakfast items we wanted and it was made FAST !!!

This was the cleanest Taco Bell we have ever been to with the best food. We come here every day after school.

I wish I could give lower than one star… But I can’t unfortunately. This taco bell is the worst place I have ever encountered. On a Sunday morning at 1030 am, we got in line in the drive thru to order breakfast. The line didn’t move for 15 mins at which point we started saying hello to try and place our order. The complete clueless person on the other end kept saying hold on hold on so we did. When we finally placed our order he said ok. When we asked him if he had confirmed our order, he said no I didn’t get it. So we repeated the same order, at which h point he said we are not serving breakfast anymore. I asked him why so he said it’s now 1047am, so it’s dependent on the customers. I said what does that mean and he cut me off and left. So i drove to the window and asked for the manager who was even ruder than the first individual. His name was Martin. He said that breakfast can end at any time based on how much people order, and there is no guarantee that if you come before 11am that you will get breakfast, regardless of time. He was so insanely rude, it’s unimaginable. For a national chain to do this is unheard of. I asked him for the owner’s name which he gave me, and when I asked him if he even could make this visit better, he said no. He then said I can give you a free dessert. What the heck am I going to do with one free dessert for an original order for 6 people? Ridiculous doesn’t even begin to describe this scenario. Don’t go here! Bad customer service and horrible leadership. Total failure. This place should be closed down asap.

Beware!!! Staff do not wash hands after using the restroom. Your taco may have extra unwanted ingredients. GROSS!

I’m not a big Taco Bell fan as I was in my younger years. But this was the closest fast food location to where I was heading to.
Parking is fine. Nothing to write home about.
I just needed a quick bite so that my tummy wouldn’t rumble while I was at the meeting I was attending nearby. So I ordered the 3-​taco combo, which included a large fountain beverage. What I didn’t remember was that this was a Pepsi product restaurant. Hmmm, so the beverage won’t be worth it to me. Not a big Pepsi product fan. Even going with something safe as Sierra Mist, I didn’t even finish that. The tacos? A standard corn shell, seasoned ground beef, shredded lettuce, and cheese. Again, nothing to write home about and it isn’t like the street tacos in LA. After all, I was here just to keep the tummy under control.
The dining area is OK. I can’t say that it’s the cleanest, but ok to eat at instead of heading to my car.

On Unilocal,it says this place is open until 2am on Fridays. Got to drive-​thru at 1:10am and the place is closed. I see some staff inside still, not sure whats up with this place.

This location 2136 Hacienda Blvd Hacienda Heights, CA 91 745 gives Taco Bell a bad name. They always have you wait more then 10 min when going through the drive thru. The employees are rude most of the time, they always mess up on the orders and they always run out of items. I think this location is a franchise. Every time I go there I usually have an issue, but this was the last straw. I went with my wife tonight and we ordered a Chalupa, Double Decker Taco and a Mexican Pizza. We went through the drive thru and took the food home. When we were eating my wife pulled out a good size piece of plastic out of her mouth after biting in to her Mexican Pizza! It was disgusting and she could have chocked on it! I can’t believe it. There was a freaking piece of plastic inside of the Mexican Pizza! This location needs to be evaluated!

I just wanna say wat kind of taco bell runs out of beans at 9pm on a Friday night??? Doesnt 90% of ur menu consist of beans or has beans in it??? I wish I could give this place zero stars. Completely rediculious and I will never be coming back to this place. So now I’m waiting in the parking lot for my last burrito cuz they brought me half my order.

Not very fast for fast food. This is my second time here and for a few crunchy tacos it took more than 20 mins waiting in the drive thru line!!! I thought it may have been a one time occurrence but the second time I went it 9 mins from ordering to food in hand… Long enough for me to write this review. Don’t come here if your on a time hack.

waiting in line for 10 mins get to window and lady says no beef for 20ins. really no way to get out of line wasted time in drive thru they néed to put a sign or something this shit is so stupid manger must not be paying attention

Yes it’s tots not cool to be eating @taco bell vs the hipster new eatery with authentic street style tacos and strawberry salsa. But sometimes you just don’t want to have to get out of your car to get your chow on. I’ve only gone through the drive thru and always received pretty efficient and courteous service from the minimum wage earner behind the intercom.
That being said, the food is very artificial and not the best out there. But sometimes a little processed cheese is in order after a night of drinking. They open late even tho not fully ²⁴⁄₇. Always check your order before you drive off. Sometimes they may have missed dishes in the bag.

The manager (I’m assuming) was such a gentleman. The food came out so fresh and hot. Every staff member was helpful.

I think Taco Bell is a good one. The food at Taco Bell is delicious. The Iced Coffee is also good. The Doritos Locos tacos r good. The Quesarito is good.

I found something on my taco that didn’t seem like meat which really grossed me out and then that’s when I saw the reviews for this place If I would have read the reviews I would have never come here I just hope I don’t get food poisoning.

I went and bought the waffle taco and 2 hours later i threw up 4 times

Now i understand why the reviews are so bad for this place. I just moved to the neighborhood and luckily i have ways loved taco bell for my quick fix of nachos and the beefy 5 layer burrito. I went threw the drive threw to start it off. I shut off my car and the guy still kept getting my order wrong. Got up the window and he was a bit rude. I got my food and the burritos were the smallest things ive ever seen.

Since this is the closest Taco Bell to my house, I always go to this one. But every single time I get poor customer service.
It’s so annoying. The employees look at you… instead of taking your order they just stand there waiting to bag up the food that is being made… Umm… HELLO?! I am waiting for my order to be taken… you can bag up their food later… or the other people there can bag it up… Don’t just stand there and make me wait even longer… what the hell?!
What shocks me even more… The one manager has asked me once to do this company made survey to give him 9 on a 1 – 9 scale… so that they can have high ratings… bullshit right there.
When I was in the drive through I asked for a cheese quesadilla… I had said it probably 3 – 4 times to the person… I go home, bite into my quesadilla only to find chicken in it. At the time I was a vegetarian… so I was very shocked to find chicken in my food. On top of that… they didn’t want to give me the money back… since of course the chicken quesadilla is more than the cheese quesadilla, I was then forced to get something else, and pay a bit more… What the hell…
Poor customer service. I don’t want to go here anymore.

I literally had to wait 10 minutes before dude even acknowledged me and took my order, then wait another 5 minutes to get my food.
Food is always hit or miss, usually a miss. Take a look at the picture of my Crunchwrap Supreme. Where’s the fucking beef?
