Ethan’s Tacos

Bombay the empanadas and mulitas. Empanadas were made when u ordered them, so yes it will take a few minutes but i will wait for fresh food any day. This is not fast food as it was made FRESH. Will recommend this all day everyday day. Salsas are fresh and delicious.

Best taco truck in Hacienda. Can’t get enough of their carne asada tacos and chicken quesadilla.

I have been hearing about Ethan’s for months. We finally gave it a go tonight.
I ordered tacos de tripas and asked if they could please make them crispy. I felt the sadness when I was given my plate with lightly crisp tripas. OK, next I tried the much raved about salsas. They had a sweetness about them that I didn’t care for. I’ll come back and try them again and next time I’ll order an empanada. The lengua was delicious! I’ll give them that and everything there was very clean.

Idk what all the fuss is about, I got the Asada empanada & the meat had no flavor. All I tasted was oil! I also tried the chicken tacos, same. Had no flavor! I came here with high expectations due to all the reviews, but I definitely will not be coming back.

All hand made food. Great salsa and very friendly staff. Pickled onions and great salsas. No diet sodas, but a clean place to eat.

Just… dayum. Not much else to say. I love everything on the menu. I don’t eat pork so between the beef and the chicken, chicken is the winner for me, it’s so flavorful and juicy. Chicken empanadas and the tacos are sooooooo good! Champurrado was a little too thick but other than that it was pretty bombastic. Usually I’m more eloquent than this but really, who needs fancy verbiage to be like this shit is gooooooooood!

BOMB! that’s all I gotta say I’ve tried their tacos, burritos & asada gorditas. They have the best salsas I’ve ever tried! & I love how they have a verity of them. Would definitely recommend this to everyone

First time here, and I must say even though they were overwhelmed as it was getting a bit crowded and mixed up our order a bit, it was still GOOD! Hubby and I almost went back for more, we definitely will be back soon.

That’s all you can say about the food here. I don’t remember the last time I was so blown away by truck tacos. I was so impressed by how delicious they were, I couldn’t wait to write this review. Because I need rather than want, everyone to try them. Honestly, good food deserves praise. This is just the begining.
*Most tacos are $ 1.50
*Tripa/​Gut, Lengua/​Tongue (my favorite) and Carnitas/​Roast Pork $ 1.75
*Tripa was great too. Fried yet soft inside and crunchy outside. Good flavor.
*Chorizo was BAD. Dry and overly fried. Will not get this again.
*Empanadas where you can choose any meat (I got Carne Asada) and they make it in front of you, from the masa handling to the frying. $ 2.75 AWESOME

You should ORDER:
–Taco Lengua (get at least 2)
–Taco Cabeza (although too many fat chunks for my sake, it was amazing)
–Empanada Carne Asada or lengua
–Taco al Pastor was very good, but personally not my go to.
Even the pickled red onions were out of this world. I could eat a plate of this alone and worry about the reflux later.
The empanadas remind me of the ones I used to have in Venezuela, the masa is slightly sweet, thickness on point and the meat as generous as the suppleness of the masa allows. I CAN’T WAIT TO COME BACK. All Empanadas $ 2.75
Lord, not only is the meat juicy and hot, not over cooked, perfectly seasoned, but they give you the most incredible habanero sauce you’ve ever had. So spicy it might just make you cry, not to mention you’ll become a masochist because you will like it more than you should.
Ethan’s Tacos is hands down, the best tacos i have had in LA and if you don’t agree, thats okay. I keep it all to myself.
This is again, one of those places where perfect ratings/​reviews seems too BS to be true. Not the case at this stand.

Just tried this last week, I had asada tacos my wife had asada sopes, and we both loved them very much!!!
Update, 4months later: We have now become regulars here. Only sad point is they moved 6 miles from where they were, so we only go 1 – 2 times a week instead of every night! Haha.

Took my chances to try this place… So disappointed they can’t handle all the crowd, I was very clear placing my order and the good thing I check my order before I drove off, because I was missing part of my order. Then I drive home which is 3miles I go take a bite of my burrito Yuck!!! Onions the 1 thing I was clear on NO ONIONS!!! I call Carlos and instead of being apologetic and understanding. He says he can’t please everyone and blames the workers. WOW as a business owner he needs to step up and take responsibility it’s his business. If you can’t handle the pressure time to rethink your game. Sorry but I will take my business elsewhere. And they are way over priced!!!

Tacos and empanadas are hands down the BEST ever. Reminds me of a good Mexican home cooked meal! The Carne Asada and lengua are seasoned perfectly and juicy! Their salsas are delicious, along with their fresh lemon, radishes, and cucumber! Customer service is quick, and they are super friendly! Will be back for more that’s for sure! My husband and I loved their food so much we’re willing to make the 30min drive haha. Can’t go wrong with this place!

Excellent tacos really love them. Me and my wife driving and saw this beautiful taco truck with bright lights, cought our attention. We try them out and men im impress theyre really good specially their empanadas. Great food thanks ethans tacos

I honestly cannot describe the taste in my mouth when I tried the empanada handmade by Ethan’s tacos it’s amazing especially chili havanero. I highly recommend this place I’ve been here about five times and my wife and my daughter this place is really good specially when it’s handmade I found Ethan’s tacos Instagram. If you’re seeking to get handmade empanadas and sopes following their tacos they’re the best. I seriously can’t believe how clean this taco stand is I’m amaze and how their technology looks like the 60 in TV they use for their menu and their camera 32 in. I believe that Ethan’s tacos will succeed with all their work and effort thanks a lot Ethan’s tacos.

I Stop by there the other day to Order Carne asada taco and a burrito i gotta say very good Tacos And Burrito they where very busy but i gotta say the Food And the Customer Service was Wonderful And a talk of the Town Thanks Ethan s Tacos :)

Good taste! Even an Asian said its good then its very good. Highly recommend to everybody. Place is clean and transparent to the kitchen, so you can see the chief preparing your food in an extremely clean environment. Unlike other dirty food truck and you don’t know how they prepare your food and how clean the kitchen is… Over all, very satisfy with everything

If your looking for some good eats, try Ethan’s tacos! The empanadas are the best, comfort food ! Chicken is my favorite meat, they season everything so well ! And a Big plus is that that are very Clean!!!

I heard from a friend about this place and decided to give it a try they have the best empanadas love them everything is sooo good they did not disappoint me. This is a very clean taco stand and everyone is very nice will be coming regularly!

Ethan’s Tacos is absolutely delicious!!! We had 5 different meats and they were all delicious… my family ordered tacos, mulitas, and empanadas, with the chicken empanadas and the habanero salsa being my favorite… soooo yummy!!! I would definitely recommend ethan’s Tacos to anyone that’s hungry and in search of good food…

Really really good tacos I loved the chicken ones ! I’ve already tired everything… I’m used to having cabbage on the sopes which they don’t have but I just asked and they added it on there for me no extra charge. Oh also one day they had Mulitas on their menu oh em gee those were bomb ! If you weren’t sure I stopped by more then once lol. Oh n it’s awesome because the family there are nice n make sure everything is tasting good they want to know your opinion so they know how to make the food better to help them grow.

Delicious food!!! I can recommend everything on the menu! My favorites were the sopes, empanadas, & of course the tacos. Prices are reasonable and portions are right!!! You have to try this place, it’s a convenient location with places to sit down & eat plus there is adequate parking. No longer do you have to worry about having to eat your tacos standing up on the street/​side walk, Ethan Taco’s offers a safe location to sit, eat, & enjoy. The workers were very clean & nice. They speak English & Spanish & are willing to explain anything on the menu. I can’t wait to go back! Also right now they are CASH ONLY, but they are waiting on their debit machine so hopefully soon they will also accept card. Try it out– you WILL NOT be disappointed.

I stopped at ethans tacos a few days ago. I got two empanadas for under 5 bucks. The food was delicious and drooling to say the least. If I have any complaint it would be that their hot sauce isn’t that spicy. I would like them to have a mild and strong version of hot sauce. But regardless, I would definitely come back here. The food truck itself is one of the cleanest designs I’ve seen out here and it looks very professional.
