The UPS Store-Guilford

Thanks to Sharon S. She reminded me that THIS is the store she is talking about. She has been emailing me via Unilocal to tell me «I flagged your post» and had it deleted. She is under some pretense I was never there (at the ups Store Guilford). Are you kidding me I waited for so long inside The ups store guilford to send a pkg. So slow. So Flash forward a month and Sharon is back. Lashing out via email… Now I can not get Sharon to stop harassing me because You store treated a customer poorly as well as their business. I have repeatedly asked her to stop. Sharon has sent me harassing emails and threatened me over my now deleted post of this business. Bottom line It was a horrible experience that took nearly a month to get pkg. Would never use them again
So now Sharon has threatened and harassed me with her family. She claims I threatened her. She is well Sharon. She emailed me again after a month, out of the blue saying «I am forwarding your threats to my uncle who is with the FBI, and BTW, my husband is a lawyer and my brother is a CT state trooper. Have a ball. Too bad you didn’t stop to think… CA to CT… interstate laws apply. Sucks to be you.»
So how does one deal with this? A negative review created all this anger from Sharon. Unbelievable.
Guilford UPS store you know how I feel about doing business with you. Please call off sharon. It is harassment.

This UPS store is THE best place for mailing anything! I’ve lived in Madison since 1970 and I use them exclusively for all my packages and important documents. Super fast in and out and unfailingly friendly service. As for the 1-​star reviewer, I looked at «MD“‘s profile: of the 17 reviews, 13 were 1 star. I’m amazed that Unilocal has not removed the post here. No specifics in that post, just nasty.

I went in with a preprinted label for an amazon return but I didn’t have a envelope for it so I figured it would take a while to get everything sorted, especially considering how long it takes for the same exact service at the post office. But I went in and the salesman took my label and asked for the two dollars for the envelope and said he would take care of it. I was inside for probably less than 30 seconds. It was such quick service I was actually shocked!

¹⁄₂₀₁₅ Update. This place is still a gem. I brought in some really big boxes– forgot to print my return labels for a few of the boxes. They held my boxes (overnight into the next afternoon) during a very busy Christmas shipping time (week before Christmas– and these boxes were HUGE) No problems– no hassles. I left over $ 1K in merchandise there– no name, no nothing, but these people are very trustworthy. A wonderful UPS store, thank you!

I use UPS in GUilford a lot and have always found them to be extremely professional and friendly and efficient. I don’t know what this other reviewer is talking about. They have great greeting/​birthday etc cards too, best in town. I like these people a lot, and have always gotten great service. A bit more expensive than USPS but hardly ever a line!
