I have to say this place has cleaned up entirely! The wait staff, management and food is fantastic! If i could give it more than 5 stars i would! Popcorn shrimp is amazing! If you go in ask for Ashley, Kathy or Eddie ! They all have waiting on me and my family and i can not thank them enough! AWESOMEJOB! Must be under new management because the changes are amazing and noticeable as soon as you enter!

Recently I went there – had a seafood craving. My salad had a huge hair in it. The staff were speechless except to offer me another salad. I always liked their seafood but even after the place has been spruced up — it still sucks. The kitchen staff were loud and acting crazy, the waitresses act like zombies and the décor is deplorable. All the plants I could see were dead. Does anybody care about this place except for the money they take in?

Terrible. Just. … terrible. Worst service I’ve had in a while. Food was cold. I ordered the boiled crawfish. There were crawfish that were already peeled on my tray. So maybe they recycle uneaten crawfish. I’m not sure. We had a table of 10. We had to put our own tables together. Drinks were coming in after the food. And it wasn’t that the food came out fast either. The waitress was just on her phone too much to notice. My niece who is 8 got her food last. Way after everyone else. I will not be back to this place. Ever. Ghetto.

My family and came for dinner here tonight. My father has been here recently. We walk up and the lighted sign has most of its bulbs out. The inside looks old and has carpet in the restaurant. So much for ambience, I said. My dad replies. «We are not here to eat ambience». Lol. We order boudin balls that were very crispy and had good boudin inside. Then I ordered two lbs boiled crawfish out of season. They were small but peeled easy and were tender and juicy. Then the family split jumbo grilled and jumbo fried shrimp platters. Best of both I have had in YEARS! Plus the tarter and cocktail sauces are homemade The prices were great. I can’t wait to go back

OK, against better judgement, just went in to have a meal. The interior is unappetizing at best and our food was sub par. The owner? /manager? didn’t care to hear my complaint, she just turned a deaf ear and took my money. Edit: on this visit there were cocktail sauce and tartar sauce bottles left on the table(s) — that can’t be aseptic. I’ll never go back…

Had the grilled red snapper, shrimp & scallops w/zucchini, squash, onions & green beans, absolutely delicious! Also had the there fried oysters and buday balls… was so good went back a week later… if you like simple places with great food don’t miss out on this place…

The guy that said this place looked like a muffler shop wasn’t kidding. It looked horrible from the outside with blackened windows, makes you kinda not want to venture in ! The service was pretty crap too. HOWEVER. The food was spot on, I enjoyed my grilled seafood VERY much. So, if you want great seafood and you are not bothered about eating in a shit hole, this is a great place to go

Although I’ve only eaten the fried shrimp meal the couple of times I’ve ordered here and haven’t even dined in, I’m giving this place 4 stars… order was ready at the time they gave, price was fair, and dat scrimp on da batta right dere! I’ve been going here for years, the boiled crawfish is the best, the chicken fried rice is the best fried rice in the area and the grilled quail dinner is season to perfection with a side of sautéed zucchini and squash and rice… the service is always great but I give it a four star due to the outdated décor and the clutter in some areas of the restaurant.

This place is not much to look at, and it’s not the cleanest place I’ve been in… but when the food arrives, all is forgiven. Hot, sizzling, slabs of catfish. Golden nuggets of shrimp. Crispy, crunchy french fries. A lot more food than I could eat. An enormous menu selection, all the way to Mexican food and burgers. Every kind of seafood you can imagine. I’m going to call this place a well-kept secret, because it’s hard to spot amid the businesses along Twin City Hwy… looks more like a muffler shop. Go Hungry!
