I used to frequent their store in Santa Maria when I lived there and am delighted to see that they’re opened a second shop in 5 Cities. Everything here is incredibly fresh and the selection is wide. Other ice cream spots pale in comparison now!

All I have to say is Chocotaco. It is spoon-​breaking amazing! The shells are premade but they stuff them with whatever flavor ice cream you want. Then they dip it in chocolate shell sauce and top it with either rainbow sprinkles, chocolate sprinkles, coconut savings or nuts. It’s about 8″ long and well worth the price. Be sure to have lots of extra napkins on hand.

Real ice cream and real ingredients and plenty of it! For me, this is the best ice cream place around. They will fill a waffle taco shell with any ice cream you want! Agua frescas are good too!

Amazing helado! The flan, abuelita, anf gansito helados were all fantastic! I hope they follow up on their idea to bring la real michuacana to the bay area! We would definitely make the trek when we made it down to sj.

Happened upon this place after going to BBQ next door. Delicioso! It was busy, but we didn’t wait long. It gave us time to explore the flavors & decide on samples we wanted. The variety of ice cream flavors is endless and interesting. I tried 2 samples before making a final decision & my hubby had one. They didn’t mind at all. They give as many as you want. Ice cream was a creamy texture, closer to gelato if I had to compare & that is what sold me. It was more reasonably priced than the Doc Burnsteins in AG. Nothing fancy going on in this place, just yummy! They have an extensive menu, but we just had plain olé scoops of ice cream in a waffle cone. 4 stars for now until I see it is consistently good, clean, with courteous staffing. We’ll be back.

This place is absolutely amazing! I love their selection of all natural flavors made with real fruit! If you haven’t tried this place yet I would have to say you are really missing out! Excellent selection and they let you sample as well. So glad we now have an awesome all natural ice cream place in Grover!

First timer and definitely going back again! I took my sister here as a little ice cream date. Staff was really friendly and a very clean and spacious environment. You can get free samples of the ice cream as well… not to mention they have Mexican treats such as Mangonadas! Overall my experience was awesome!

Hands down the best ice cream I have ever tasted. I Unilocaled for ice cream in Arroyo Grande and this place came up and decided to give it a whirl, I am so glad I did. They have sooo many flavors and many that are unique. I tasted a few and ended up getting a scoop of horchata and vanilla. WOW! Its so creamy and the flavors are so rich. I am known for eating only half of my ice cream and giving the rest to my boyfriend… Not this time. My boyfriend had a scoop of strawberry and a scoop of cookie dough. Both were phenomenal. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants their mind blown!

A great place for authentic Mexican treats at a reasonable price. I usually get an aqua fresca or a milk based paleta. I’ve also tried the ice cream, and it tastes a little different from American ice cream but just as delicious! I have not tried the other food treats they offer. The servers are friendly and speak English and Spanish. I’d recommend trying this place out– it’s now my frozen treat destination of choice in the 5 cities area.

This place is seriously awesome. I love it, every one of my friends are obsessed along with family. 4 dollars for 2 huge scoops of homemade ice cream is a steal. The strawberry water topped with coconut is so insanely good. The ice cream quality is very good and they have a huge variety of favors from normal ice cream to exciting like corn.

I highly recommend this place! They have a huge selection of ice cream bars, ice cream, agua frescas, and tostilocos. Reminds me of the little shops near the border in my hometown. The lady at the front is super nice and willing to let you try samples in case you arent sure of a specific flavor.

I highly recommend this place. They have a wide variety of bars, both milk based and water based, scooped ice cream, sundaes and other treats. My personal favorite are the Arroz con leche bars. It tastes just like rice pudding, frozen on a stick. The strawberry ice bars are another favorite. I couldn’t begin to tell you all of the flavors they have. Go in and ask, they are happy to go down the list with you. With so many options to choose from, there is something for everyone.

This is the second shop they open ! First one is in Santa Maria! Don’t confuse it with all the other ice cream shops in Santa with the word «Michoacana» in it! They have such a wide variety of Flavors, goodies and the Aguas Frescas are to die for!
