Took my son’s broken phone and replacement phone in to be activated and contacts transferred. Person worked on the new phone, said it was activated but said the SIMS wasn’t recognized. Didn’t bother to fix it, just said my don needs his own apple account and back it up to ITunes. A week goes by and his phone won’t send or receive calls or texts. Went To another location in GC and it’s working perfectly now!

Was really excited about upgrading my phone(had a blackberry for years) and thought I was getting the deal of the century, free phone, 2 free tablets, free car charger, and free portable charger, AND my bill would go down to $ 164 per month(family plan). All I had to do was pay the taxes. I asked several times if there was a catch, hidden charges… nothing, have all of this in writing too, so felt confident to move forward. Bottom line, it was a lie! My first month I paid $ 273 which included(according to the online rep) set up fees, but my bill would be back down in January to $ 164(therefore I gave the two«free» tablets away to a needy family for Christmas). Now my bill is $ 194 per month because I am being charged per line… not the $ 164 I budgeted for per the Verizon rep online and in the store rep. There is nothing I can do now, I am stuck paying a bill I didn’t budget for and paying for tablets I don’t even have. I am really bummed because now I am searching for a new company to buy me out of my contract all to blatant lies from a company I have trusted for 10 years. Buyer beware of the reps in this store and the«too good to be true» deals… they are too good to be true.

Do not trust what they tell you here. They quoted me $ 156.28 a month, 10GB, for an upgrade to the Edge Plan. All I needed was the sales tax amount. Figuring I would be paying the sales taxes through out the edge plan, 18 months, I wasn’t expecting my bill to jump up $ 130 the first month. Apparently you pay everything up front the first month. They do not tell you that when you are in the store excited to be bringing your bill down $ 50, your bill will be extremely higher than you were QUOTED! I am in the car business where the sales taxes are spread out through the life of the loan. Where do they come off to not tell you the amount of taxes you are about to pay? Thanks for the early Christmas present verizon. I can’t wait to see the next surprises you have in store for me. Very rude and not understanding on what they are doing to people.

Called this location today to ask about the iPhone6 plus. Sales rep was very very rude to me! He did not state his name, spoke to me like a child and rushed the conversation. I asked about ordering the iPhone since they did not have it in stock and he told me they haven’t had an iPhone in stock in over a month and that if I order one«YOU will have to have a credit card». He said it like he thought I wouldn’t have a credit card… I told him I would think about it. He said ok and hung up on me! I wish I would have gotten his name!

I went to this location today and received outstanding customer service from every employee in the store. I have learned not to expect much in the way of service from any cell phone provider, but the employees at this location proved me wrong.
