I’m trying to make a discernible separation between my experience with this Sprint store, and with my Sprint experience in general. To begin with, I didn’t come to this store upset in any means, but was inquiring about switching from Sprint to Virgin Mobile. This changed the service attitude from polite and friendly to an immediate condescending and judgmental. I explained that I had been happy with Sprint but simply wanted to pay less and thought switching to Virgin, a subsidiary company of Sprint, would be a decent way to go about that. I was told that I’d probably be charged fees(without being asked if I was still in contract) and that I wouldn’t be able to switch my Sprint phone to virgin mobile, even though I knew I actually could. I was told that they don’t support virgin mobile in their stores now that sprint has its own prepaid service. In the end, I left disappointed in a store that didn’t represent the company very well, and given that’s a company that is no longer the cheapest, and far from the best service connection, it’s one that I’ll be saying goodbye to.
