Very slow! I ordered at 7:20 pm for carry out, and received my food at 7:41
There are 6 people working the kitchen, spinning their tires. I could have ordered and ate at a steakhouse. Too bad I paid when ordering it I would have left.

This is based on 3 visits to this location and every time it’s been when they were slow. 1St time food was all old and cold. 2nd time we got the wrong item for him and my burrito was cold and beans tasted burned and dry. Today I went inside and ordered the cantina burrito and she charged me for the bowl which is $ 2 more and I didn’t feel like waiting for her to go get her manager to fix it– I wanted the burrito so I could eat it while waiting on the bus. When I got home it was for sure cold, but tasted okay. I feel like 3 Times in a row is enough bad experiences for me and I will not go back. If I want taco bell that bad I will just go to Georgesville rd their manager runs a happier more efficient crew

I feel like they have one cook that is missing both arms and blindfolded. Expect to always wait 20 minutes for your order. Take the extra 5 minutes to drive to London Groveport Rd and use that location instead.

Our order was taken inaccurately, and we were charged for items we did not want. Additionally, there was no Baja Blast.
When asking to get the order corrected, we were told ‘no refunds’ since the manager had told them ‘too many refunds’. We were given some free items instead, which we didn’t want.
We will not be returning to this location.

I love Taco Bell and I love their food but every time that I go to this location I have to always wait for fifteen minutes or more and it gets frustrating! Taco Bell is supposed to be a fast food restaurant and they are definitely not! Never going back to this location again!

I frequent this location at lunch time since it is close to work. It is very clean and the cashiers and other staff are friendly and provide swift service. I haven’t had to wait long for my order, and it’s never been incorrect.
