Went here last night… My wings were just covered in straight grease. It was pooled on top of my food, so much so that I poured it off into a plate to attempt to save the food because I was hungry. No such luck. It was just an oil slick. The waitress made herself scarce and never bothered to check on us or I’d have sent it back. When she dropped off our check she failed to acknowledge the plate of grease and uneaten food. It’s sad because I used to really enjoy Wings & Rings, but it’s been bad the past two times I’ve gone: poor service, cold food… I’ll stick to Roosters.

Waitress was awesome, food was great, service was fast. The only disappointment was that they had two different stations on One The Ohio State Buckeyes and Fox live and refused to turn to the Cubs game which is why we chose this place because we knew we could probably get the best of both worlds.

We went to this establishment expecting quality service, and wings at a good price. However, I was disappointed when Hannah approached our table. She introduced herself and asked us if we wanted anything to drink, but upon asking a question about the beers on tap, she was sarcastic and rude. She proceeded to be rude to the rest of my party, and in turn put a bad taste in our mouths. I was hoping the food would change my mind about this place, but half the wings I received were cold, and the other half, despite being 3 different flavors, tasted completely the same. Needless to say, I only ate about 3 of my 15 wings, and watched the rest go to waste. Another member of my group had a long black hair in her quesadilla, but at this point we were too perturbed to do anything about it and just wanted to leave. We will obviously not be back to this establishment, and I would recommend others do the same. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Was just there with my husband and brother in law ordered 15 boneless wings, came out cold, sent them back came out cold again! Waitress put in a order for 5 more for my husband I was done at that point. Manager would not come out, the we found out he was the owner. He’s a RUDESOB, ask us what do u want me to do, they were not going to take them off our bill, he only charged us for 5 and told us to take our food to go! I have never been to a restaurant where the owner was so rude. Will NEVERGOBACK!!! And… I will pass the word along!!!

***I sent this review to their contact us link on their website on Father’s Day and received no response. I then posted it to their Facebook page again with no response so I wanted to forewarn others… For Fathers Day my husband craved wings. We were deciding between Roosters and Wings and Rings and I made the decision for him to go Wings and Rings(even though Roosters is his favorite — I have always liked your wings better). As my meal I opted for the buffalo nachos. About a quarter of the way through them, I noticed that I had to tug harder to separate the pieces and felt almost like that cheese string tug. But when I brought the bite up to my mouth I notice it was a black clump of hair. Absolutely and utterly disgusted. I dropped my bite back into the container and pushed it away. My husband asked what’s wrong so I told him(although I didn’t want to ruin his fathers day meal) and he laughed and said, are you sure that isn’t your hair. I pick the piece back up and showed him how it was baked into the cheese partially. At this point, my husband had 2 of his 10 wings and couldn’t eat another bite — it was that gross. We always made my daughter stop eating her meal. Completely wasted money and a terrible Father’s Day dinner. We do not plan on returning to your store ever again which is a shame because as I said earlier, it has always been one of my favorites.

The food came out relatively fast, but everything else about the service was slooooow.(refills, checks). I thought my food was really good(peach habanero boneless wings and fries). It was also quite filling, and I had four wings to take home. That never happens to me! BW&R is a solid place with good food, but I do think it’s a little overpriced. Over $ 20 for lunch seemed a little excessive. I’d go back here, but maybe on a night when they had some specials.

We have visited this location several times and always find the food and service to be excellent. We like the wings with sauce on the side as it is sometimes a bit heavy, but still great. The servers have taken the time to recognize us and treat us as regulars. We have dined on the patio, the bar area and the sitdown section. We love the patio now that the weather has improved. The dining sit-down area can be a bit loud due to the high ceilings but not offensive. Their chicken tenders are some of the best anywhere and we like Thursday Tender nights for the value!

Decent wings, nice staff, and fair prices. I came in and advised the hostess I wanted to sit at the bar and put in a carryout order. I would have preferred to look over the menu, but she assumed I was ready to put it in right away at the hostess station. Luckily I was already pretty sure what I wanted, but it made my ordering a little clumsy. Not a big deal, but an area of opportunity. The hostess was a nice young lady and she seemed new. I sat down at the bar and had a large Sam Adams Winter Ale draft. They have a large draft selection, but it’s pretty much just your standard domestics. The bartender was pleasant and my carryout order came out quicker than I expected. The beer was cold, poured well, and inexpensive for it’s size. I ordered 5 Garlic Parmesan and 5 Rajin’ Cajun traditional wings both extra hot. The garlic parmesan could have had stronger garlic and parm flavors. The cajun style wings just tasted like a peppery hot sauce. The supposedly extra hot temperature is weak. I think they control the spiciness by changing the amount of hot sauce mixed in rather than adding a different hotter rub or sauce. This is just nitpicking. The wings overall were okay.

In all fairness I didn’t want to eat hear, I wanted to go to the Mexican place next door, but I have one of those guys that doesn’t like authentic style Mexican and will choose the joint with tvs, young girls, and fried food anyday. That being said the server was very nice and when I questioned her about the soup she said it wasn’t good she said it would be better to go to Walmart and get a can of chicken noodle soup. As a server I appreciate a server that is honest, but the Walmart comment, lol, was a bit far. I wanted nothing so my guy ordered a sampler platter which comes with fried pickle chips(too salty and too thin), mini corn dogs which he liked and I thought it tasted good. Potato skins were not good at all there was too much potato and not enough toppings. I personally think the prices are pretty up there if the food is going to be mediocre at best, heck Roosters Is within eye shot of this place so may as well go there to stare at young girls and tvs, lol.

What can I say? The food is good, the atmosphere is excellent, and the TV’s around make it a great place to watch a sports game. Highly recommend!

Top notch bar food. Wasn’t too loud the two times I’ve been there. Clean and fairly nice for a sports bar type of eatery.

Thanks to my friend, Unilocaler Tamra and her awesome suggestions on what to try at Buffalo Wings & Rings, I really enjoyed my meal I ordered last night. I totally didn’t go wrong with the gyro and wedge fries. They were both cooked to perfection and exactly how you would expect it to taste. I missed having a good gyro and I was not in the mood for wings like my fiancée so I got it. The gyro looked that good that my friends who ordered the mushroom swiss burger all wished they ordered the same thing as me. My plate was the winner of the night. Since I did play a round of bowling afterwards that’s why I’m using that phrase. Our waitress was nice but I think she could have filled the salt, pepper and ketchup before or even after we came/left instead of bugging us and doing it right in front of us. We also asked her to switch the channel to the world cup but she didn’t listen to us with that. In all, this restaurant exceeded some of my expectations of it since I would always drive by and ignore it.

Solid. Wish they had more beers on tap — like 1IPA would be nice — but overall a very good establishment.

This is our go to destination to eat dinner and watch football. The food is always good, the prices are reasonable and the staff is really nice. They have anew Bourbon BBQ sauce that is outstanding.

I used to think Rooster’s had the best wings in Columbus, but not anymore. The wings here are better, and they offer a better variety of chicken choices. They have the usual boneless and bone in wings that are fried and breaded, but I saw on the menu that they have wings that are grilled and not breaded!!! I got them with the medium sauce and they were great. I have also had the buffalo chicken salad with the non-breaded chicken, and it is my favorite salad ever. The macaroni and cheese with bacon appetizer is excellent. The staff is attentive and friendly. Every server we’ve ever had has been excellent. The restaurant, and especially the bathroom, is cleaner than Rooster’s too.

Dined here many times, Consistently prompt friendly service. Decent Sports Bar. Wings are always good, love the flavor, heat options. Burgers are above average when you compare them to other wing joints. Most recent visit sampled the Hot pepper Burger, with some Potato Wedges, both very good. Of all of the wing places, this place is at the top of the heap !

Pretty decent sports bar with typical fare. They have those«beer tubes»: not really my thing, but a novel way to drink beer I guess. They used to have the best curled french fries, which was one of the main reasons I went there. But they removed them from the menu, so I haven’t been back since(been a few years).

Since I was just down the way from the Best Buy and craving a big greasy cheeseburger, I decided to walk down to Buffalo Wings and Rings. Long to short, Great greeting by the bartender, Courtney. Great check backs and she got my Bacon Bleu Cheeseburger and Onion Rings out to me pronto. Food was very good. It was a great burger and some of the best onion rings I’ve had in a while. That and a pint of Guinness for $ 13 and some change. Not too bad for great service and good food. I’ll be back to try their wings next time.
