We usually come here often and I do normally get good service but I must say it is getting worse. Here I am getting subs and soup for my kids and 20 minutes later some girl is looking for napkins and toilet paper. Seriously??? This is subway! Do it when it is not as busy! One guy working his tail off and not getting help when the line is 7 deep does not serve as «customer service»!!! Is my time not valuable as well? Done with this place. I will never get that 35 minutes back. Good bye!

Unbelievably SLOW! Have gone multiple times and the average time to get a sandwich was 15 min in a store not that crowded! Go to Jimmy Johns!
