DONOTCOMEHERE… I’ve been to a bunch of Tim Hortons locations throughout the north east and Canada and I’ve always found the service and selection to be excellent. I came in to this location and ordered two breakfast combos and the cashier said that we do not have the supplies for either of those. There are 15 employees in the restaurant that you are paying yet no food? And on top of that no manager on duty when I tried to reference it. If you’re looking for a normal Tim Hortons experience this is not the place that we have grown to love. When I say the most God awful customer service EVER! Don’t waste your time and please avoid so this aboration shriveles up and dies so it doesn’t poison your view of this ordinarily great franchise.

This is a convenient Tim Horton’s for me, but after they’ve been low on or had no inventory of basic goods the last couple of times I have been here — and been unable to make my preferred Tim’s beverage because of that — I think I will go elsewhere. Too bad, because there is a generous amount of space inside the restaurant and the location is a good«crossroads» point for people coming from a variety of directions.

Many times I’ve been here and often I have to ask for more cream cheese on my bagel they hardly put any on it looked like it was scraped on. lol …umm. is there a cream cheese shortage that I’m not aware of? I’ve noticed that with most of the Tim Hortons I go to as well but at this location their the worst on that. Other than that no other problems. Coffee is pretty decent! Service is okay, could be better, though.

When I lived out this way(and I do NOT miss it at ALL!), my husband and I would come here on occasion for a coffee. Ridiculous service– this store employees a bunch of discourteous twits who honestly come off to the customer as if they just don’t give a S*** if they even get the order right. Service is SO slow, too. A few times we came here and miraculously we were the only customers there, and we waited a good 15 minutes for ONECOFFEE. Don’t know if it’s the demographics or what, but this particular TH is a joke.

Worst. Tim Horton’s. Ever. Slow. Slow. Slow. The employees at this location seem to think that work time is play/flirt time with one another rather than wait on a customer. God forbid donut guy is spittin’ game at cashier girl whilst you are ordering; you’d better start over because she won’t hear you. One employee told me they aren’t able to make sandwiches until 11 am. Really? Since when? Every other location I’ve been to can/has done it. Lazy? Avoid this one if you can help it.

This review is based mainly on the fact the coffee at this particular location has stepped up about 5 notches over the past year. Previously the service has varied between super nice and crabby. 8 years ago I was told, «we are OUT of coffee» I think maybe someone was having a bad day so I didn’t call corporate like I was feeling. I was feeling like calling corporate(and I only do stuff like that when things are real bad) because they had the walls lined with coffee cans full of coffee. Whatever. I usually like Starbucks or brew my own but for the past month this location has rocked w/the coffee. Fresh, not over or under ground and the cream and sugar tastes like they ladled it from a secret stash from the lost golden city of El Dorado. I was thinking maybe this accomplishment was being done company wide(I’m hearing adverts lately about not keeping a pot longer than 20 minutes which is awesome) but I went to a Gratiot location around 10 mile and the coffee was over ground(fresh) but bitter and the cream was weak. I had a friend who used to work here and they worked hard on the donuts but I’ve asked lately about the donuts and they are mostly not made here, not like they used to or as I have thought. At most locations if you go at certain times certain items are verging on hard and stale. If you want super fresh donuts go to Krispy Kreme. Oh, btw the decafe is magnificent as well.
