The store half is fine. It’s the pharmacy that needs to improve. First of all the young woman there with the braces spelled my name wrong on my prescription bottle, even after I told her twice to change it, finally the third time of bringing it up they changed it to the proper spelling. I’ve never had that issue before, in all my years of going to various pharmacies for my prescriptions. It could have caused MAJOR issues and for that alone I’d hope she’d be fired. Also every time I call to ask a question about a prescription they never pick up the damn phone, it’s annoying. There is an older gent there that is the only nice one and was the person to change my name to the proper spelling. If I had a choice of a different pharmacy, I would, but this the closest one.

I came in recently and found out I had $ 11 of Plenti points to use towards my purchase! Was such a surprise!!! I think it’s from a few Pharmacy prescriptions I had during summer. I usually don’t use RA Pharmacy, but tried it for a few prescriptions and those bonus points did add up quickly. I am still learning how to use Plenti and all the benefits. My purchase was band aids, Q tips, cookies, and Chocolate covered cherries. I paid a few cents, which was awesome! The store was very nicely decorated with Christmas stuff and all their Christmas merchandise/displays looked really nice as well throughout the store. They sell two kinds of Christmas trees outside in the parking lot. I believe this is the only place in town where you can buy a real fresh Christmas tree each winter! One of my favorite things about Rite Aid is their Thrifty ice cream. I had it a lot as a child growing up and I still enjoy their ice cream cones from time to time. The Coconut Pineapple, Strawberry, Pistachio, and Rocky Road are my most favorite choices. I wish they had more flavors available(especially Blue Bubblegum ice cream, which I have not seen in years), but at least you get the options to buy it from the counter in scoops or you can buy a quart box from the freezer. Customer service is OK. The store prices are a bit higher compared to Walmart/Target. I do like their weekly Sunday ad and sometimes they have great sales and savings with coupons.
