Secret Escape Nail Spa

In town for College World Series & baseball for my son. This place was fantastic! Walked in at 7:30 & they stayed open to serve both my daughter and me. And, excellent service & care! Would highly recommend. The venue is also perfect and the massage chairs are the best we’ve experienced.

Love this place!!! Trust me I’ve tried many o shellac, and with many company’s to offer there’s stay on the longest without listing! My girlfriends and I meet up for pedicures and ahhhhh the reclining pedicure chairs. Who knew!

The best pedicure I’ve ever had! I live in the San Francisco area but was visiting family recently. I had the most amazing pedicure. The guys working were very nice and treatment my aunt and I very well. Anytime I am visiting family again, I will go to this Nail Salon. I can get a much better pedicure at this salon than any in San Francisco. This salon is very clean as well.

This salon is ran by the rudest people ive ever had the displeasure of meeting. I have been here twice now, and two times too many! I will not be returning. My first visit was awkward and i was not spoken to at all… okay whatever. Its really kind of embarrassing to not be greeted but then the next 4 people that walk in are. It shouldnt matter if theyre regulars or not im PAYING you! The second visit is what pissed me off the most. I was greeted by who i assume is the owner who was sitting behind a large computer screen, while everyone else in the salon is just staring at me… i laughed and said oh i didnt see you behind the computer which apparently was just hilarious to them cuz the man behind the computer and another nail artist started laughing and said something in a different language. I was not asked if i wanted my nails trimmed and the first thing this guy does is trim my nails down to my finger tip, which i didnt want and wasnt even given the chance to speak up before 3 of my nails were cut because he was rushing. Mind you they charge you for your nails to be trimmed as any nail salon does, however you usually give permission to do so not everyone likes their nails to be even with their finger tips. Then i was reminded rudely to wash my hands with soap Lmfao im not 4 thank you. My card was thrown on the counter after it was swiped and i was not told a total until my the receipt and a pen was tossed at me also. And then he just walked away. Just a terrible experience i do not recommend this salon at all!

I haven’t decided if I will be back. I like going here their chairs are pretty good and they offer a wide variety of services. It has been 3 days since I got a pedicure and my nail polish is already chipped on both big toes. I paid $ 5 to get the design on my toes and I wouldn’t expect those to start chipping first. I’ve been to many nail places and never had that happen. Usually the toenail polish will stay on until it grows out so much and then I remove it myself or go get another pedicure. I am not happy about this. I got the red pearl spa pedicure, not sure the exact name. I liked it but it seemed short and i really didn’t feel relaxed at all while getting it. I got a shellac manicure another time and that chipped the very next day as well. Chances are I’m going to try somewhere else next time.

When The Nail Salon was in its previous space I was a very loyal customer. Now at this Gretna location and the beautiful layout of this Nail Salon I will again be a regular.
The technicians are friendly and eager to please. The prices are reasonable, and the service is great.

Best pedicure chairs in Omaha. The chairs are zero gravity chairs and are so relaxing. Staff was very friendly. Worth the drive if it is not close to where you live.
