First Unilocal review ever. I like Arby’s, but I’ve had poor experiences here. Things have always seemed slower than normal, perhaps it’s just poorly managed. One occurrence in particular has left a bad taste in my mouth. One evening on my way home from work I decided I’d like a quick sandwich. I ordered a fish sandwich, no sides, no additional sandwiches, just a fish sandwich. There was noone else in the drive thru. I sat at the window for 15 – 20 minutes! To no surprise I was greeted with the food apologetically. The kid was nice and seemed to have an appreciation for my business as he gave me a card for a free menu item. It states«If it’s on the menu, it’s on us». Expiration the end of 2015. I returned a couple weeks later. Ordered a smokehouse brisket sandwich and said I had the above card. I handed the card over and the gal would not accept it, as it did not have a manager’s signature. She had a rude demeanor and stated there are a lot of scams going on. I’m not a look at me person and rarely think that general appearance should be a be all, end all when judging character. However, I drive a brand new $ 60,000 truck and always keep a respectable appearance. Do you honestly think I’m going to scam you over a f-ing $ 5 sandwich??? Seriously WTF??? I will not be returning. PTT

No eye contact, no hello. Just take your order and than serve you a cold sandwich… which should be hot. Horrible!
