I been having issues w/​my Kenmoore Washer. I finally pulled up a YouTube video & w/​help from my Big Bro we were able to disassemble & find what might’ve not been functioning correctly. We went to HD, Lowes & Sears (where I initially purchased the Kenmoore WD set. They had nothing in stock & absolutely do not carry such parts. So, I was told that I could find a part store locally & can order or have in stock. I called first thing this morning & they asked me the model number & they had my part, pulled & set aside for me. When I walked in there were five associates helping customers & I didn’t know here was a line. But another man was in there before me & I respected that the associate recognized the man was there prior to me & rendered service to him first. Wasn’t in the store long @ all. I gave them my name & the part I was looking for & Ms. Carla Brown was happy to ck me out! I was such a happy customer!!! All the associates were all fairly upbeat & seemed as if they enjoyed interacting w/​their customers. TY to Ms. Carla Brown (like the color) for making my visit so pleasant & seamless. I give this appliance shoppe & their associates a big FIVE STARS
