EDITUPDATE! While the service was great and reasonably priced, within 24 hours my big toe polish came off in one giant piece, following by another toe on the opposite foot while wearing house shoes. Went back, she gave me another polish with different color for free, but same thing happened a couple days later. Not sure why, and I’ve never had this happen at any other nail salon ever… First time coming here today. Also brought my 5 year old. I got the regular pedicure and it was amazing. They take their time and the massage was AMAZING! Then the paint job was very well done, not just a quit coat and done. My kiddo had her fingers and toes does and they took care of her the same way they would’ve me. Even went as far to give her a cheetah design she wanted really badly. Very clean shop. Very nice welcoming staff. My pedicure was $ 24 with design, kiddos pedicure was $ 18 with design and fingers painted with design was $ 7, so not badly priced either. Mani pedi together is $ 32 to start. Just an FYI. Overall, very very happy with coming here and will definitely be a repeat customer.

I was a walk in client and got in right away. My nail tech didn’t speak English so we couldn’t chat which I prefer to be able to do. She did a really good job but the next day I developed a nail bed infection so they obviously don’t keep their tools clean. Lack of sanitation is why I won’t go back.

I was a customer here for two years and at the beginning, I was very pleased, but as time went on, I got more and more fed up with the way I was treated. For about a year, the customer service was great and they could get me in all the time. Thao did a fantastic job every time and always made sure I was happy. At some point, everything changed and when I would walk in without an appointment, more than willing to wait for Thao to be finished, they would always have someone else do my nails, no one else there did them the way I liked them, but I kept coming back. There was one incident in which I called an made an appointment for my friend and I to get our nails done for her birthday and when we arrived, I had to wait an HOUR before anyone even started my nails. Every time I made an appointment, I waited at least half an hour before anyone would start me and there were several times that they asked me to just leave and come back in an hour. The last time I got my nails done at this salon, I waited for an hour and while getting my nails done, Kathy(the owner) said right to my and my friend’s face that I ‘need to keep getting acrylic nails because they want my money’. I mistakenly came back in for a visit after that and when they asked if I could come back in two hours because they didn’t have time for me, I left enraged and went somewhere else where I am treated well and my business is appreciated. Customer service goes a long way, and when you have a loyal client, you should take care of them, not treat them poorly because you know they’ll come back anyway. I will never go back to this salon and I am still upset at the way I was treated.
