They came up with some new products like bluetooth wireless soundlink headphones and some other neat speakers but not portable and you have to have it plugged in to an outlet but sound quality of products were superurb! Cusromer serivce was amazing just wish they actually had sales besides factory renewed items…

I have always like Bose since my first pair of 301’s. they were old when I got them and I beat the hell out of them. Remember when you were around 21 years old and knew everything? I would blast the latest Sublime or Beastie Boys and all my neighbors would know what the newest CD I bought was. After years of abuse and shaking themselves out of window wells and getting more damage, I was able to score a great pair of newer 301’s on craiglsist and have been happy since. Fast forward to today. Coming back on a road trip we stopped in to Nebraska Crossing and eventually meandered into Bose. I just wanted to check out the newest stuff and had no real intention to buy stuff. There were a lot(like 6) staff members on the floor and they all looked eager when the door would open. I was able to hook up my phone to one of the bluetooth speakers and I was amazed at the clarity and depth of sound of a few songs I had played. I was now teetering on the fence of spending money. Dammit. At the end of the day, I came home with a great little speaker and have convinced myself that I will use it a whole lot. A good deal and good decision on Bose and the house

A few weekends ago I visited the Bose Factory Store at Nebraska Crossings in Gretna, NE. Unfortunately, I had a horrific encounter with the store manager, Kyle W. and his subordinate Ryan. Both refused to help me or acknowledge my presence. After I called them out, Kyle had the nerve to call mall security on me and my son, who by the way was in a stroller. When the security guard, Lenny, arrived and saw me he literally said, «Huh!» He probably expected a belligerent customer but instead was met with the opposite. Kyle came prancing out the store with such a contrived depiction of what took place moments earlier. He told the security guard he didn’t like my vibe and I am not welcome in the store. Yes he literally said, «I don’t like his vibe». Hmmm take a guess what the only difference between my vibe and the vibe of the other patrons in the store was??? Yep you guessed it right! Nevertheless, the security guard and I briefly discussed the incident, and then the conversation changed when he recognized the $ 8K watch I was wearing! He gave me props on the watch and then we discussed a few of our favorites. He likes Officine Panerai and hopes to save up to have one in the not too distant future. I am into Breitling and Omega. Neither of us care much for Rolex. This dude knew his watches and I was impressed! The next time a non-Caucasian walk into the Bose Factory Store, I hope Kyle and his staff think twice about humiliating them, especially in front of their kid and other patrons!!! Now it’s Kyle’s turn to feel what I felt last weekend, but unfortunately for him the internet is a much bigger humiliation field! My wife and I can afford anything that Bose offers. However, the snap judgment of Kyle and his staff immediately relegated me to nothing more than a «window shopping» thug with no buying power… someone to be ignored! Well I won’t be ignored because I HAVEALREADYMADEGREATSTRIDESGETTINGTHEWORDOUT!!! UPDATE — I had the pleasure of speaking with a top level executive at Bose Corporation. I was assured that they are not pleased with what transpired and the matter will NOT be swept under the rug but instead will be addressed! I was also informed that they had a chance to review the store video from the day of the incident… to no surprise Douche Bag Kyle’s fabricated account of what transpired is UNSUBSTANTIATED!!!
