Shakers Martini Lounge

Saddened to see Shakers has closed. I was looking forward to their delicious drinks on my next trip to Portland.

Unique flavorful punch in the throat to die for alcoholic beverage drinks.
Great atmosphere.

My wife and I really enjoyed the atmosphere, drinks, and food here. They have a huge selection of drinks and great beers at very reasonable prices. The selection of food is on the smaller side but tastes very good, and are fairly priced (especially the happy hour menu). The atmosphere here is very warm and fun at the same time. The owners, Mike and Sherry, are super friendly and welcoming. A great place to come with a group of friends to sit back, relax, and watch the game.

Nice potential… Nice that they’re trying to bring something different to Gresham… But when I was there I was literally the ONLY person there. Kinda weird. It was around 5pm on a Thursday… So certainly not THAT weird of a time to be grabbing a martini.
The drinks were outstanding but the same price as tried and true successes such as Vault Martini Bar downtown… Not what I would expect from Gresham.

Bad bad bad service. Watched the server run out of top shelf vodka use bottom shelf but charged for the top. All drinks we ordered pored short. Bartender/​owner sucks

There’s nothing bad to say about this place. They’re drinks are top-​notch & vibe even better. Anytime you wish to unwind, catch a game and enjoy some laughs… THIS IS THE PLACE!!! Try they’re «Cinnamon Crunch Toast» It’s to Die For!!! Oxoxo

I like what they are trying to do here, but I have to stress TRYING.
First, the good. The drinks are fantastic and the staff is really, really excellent. I can’t help but feel sad about it, because EVERYTHING about this place is so much better than the space it’s in.
Now, the bad. This single room space is TOO SMALL for amplified live music, if you want to do anything other than listen to the music that’s being played. Way, way too loud to talk to anyone, at all, ever. An unplugged stage for happy hour would make a lot more sense. Or a Jukebox would be even better. The atmosphere and friendly staff don’t need the distraction of loud live music in such a small space.
The «high end» vibe they are going (and in a lot of ways achieve) for would work better if it weren’t in a strip mall in Gresham. This place would be far more successful and the $ 9 martini prices would make more sense, if it were in (or closer to) Portland.
What seems to be their regular (I’m guessing local) clientele doesn’t match the the décor, the vibe OR the FANTASTIC staff… probably because it’s in a strip mall IN GRESHAM!
I really liked a lot of things about this place, but it isn’t someplace I’m willing to drive all the way out to from Gladstone with any regularity.

They have some good happy hour deals and they are very friendly. I love their drinks too! My favorite drink they have there is called a Chambortini.

Creative martini choices. Delicious menu. Staff are friendly and attentive. Nice hidden Gem.

I would have loved to give this place a real review. Too bad I never got a drink. There were a total of 6 people in the bar. My group of 3 and another. They had 1 bartender and after 10 minutes I was bored and seeing only one of the several drinks the other group ordered was barely made we decided to leave.

Happy Hour Hunting…
Not great find, cute, «ok» hh cocktails, small not very good food menu
(heat & serve frozen food and other bar food),
staff easily overwhelmed by a small number of customers.
Maybe they need some time to sort things out… if they can survive that long.
A cool concept but not well executed.
Not recommended.

Loved this place. Bartender Kevin (cutie pie!) made us his special cocktail. Delish! Owner Sherri was warm and welcoming. I will return soon!

Great food and great service. Fairly new business but worth a try. Great drink menu, lots of fun Martinis and tasty happy hour options.

I have been to Shaker’s Martini Lounge a number of times since they opened. I am loving this new addition to Gresham! It is a great place to meet with friends. Staff are friendly and inviting! Ask Katie for the thin mint martini!

Always lots of bugs to work out when you open a new business… but this place seems to be miles away from finding a groove that allows them to serve their patrons promptly. Martini’s weren’t bad; appetizers get a good review. My groups complaint was simply s-​l-​o-​w– service: from the bar and the kitchen and when we needed our check.

Awesome service and very cool drinks. The Bloody Mary was really great with the bacon salted rim. Had the chili cheese dog that was very filling. Will be back soon to enjoy the drinks and service. Would like to see a few different olives for the martinis.
