JR Furniture has a large showroom with plenty of options there is something for everyone.
Cameron helped us out. She was polite professional and listened to what we were looking for. Cameron was not pushy at all, in fact she gave us a bunch of fabric samples and measurements to take home and layout in our room. We are so happy with our experience I doubt we will go anywhere else for future furniture purchases.

Great store with a huge selection of furniture and we couldn’t find a better price anywhere in town. Nancy was super helpful and the store’s delivery options are amazing. They deliver on whatever day and time the customer requests. Super convenient, and no need to take time off of work.
We’re looking forward to finding more great pieces for our home.

Said the couch would take 4 – 6 wreaks took over seven they forgot to put in the order for the couch never reopened phone calls made excuses. The customer service ended as soon as you paid.

We just walked into their gigantic beautiful showroom, to check out the large selection of Stanton sofa sets, finally picked out the perfect one, and was assisted by John H. He explained the amazing warranty, set up the order, and walked with us as I was looking at bedroom sets for a future purchase. We got an amazing deal, excellent service, and enjoyed the no pressure environment! I cant wait to come back and order the bedroom set too.

Ryan Bailey helped my boyfriend and I purchase our new furniture from JR Furniture. Great experience and Ryan had extensive knowledge about the products we were interested in. Didn’t feel pressured to buy and it was great to know that our furniture would be made to order and not off the showroom floor. Thanks Ryan and JR Furniture!
1÷8÷16 UPDATE: I reduced my star rating due to the fact that we were told our furniture would be in our home 3 weeks from our purchase date and that someone would contact us to confirm delivery date a couple days prior. Well, my boyfriend decided to call to confirm and found out the material for the couch we ordered was on backorder and that wed have to wait another month. I wish they would have at least offered us the warranty for our furniture due to the oversight our salesman made. Instead, we just received a bunch of apologies.

Purchased a Stanton sectional and the cushions are literally coming apart at the seams after a few months of light use. Maybe there’s a warranty but sending a couch back for repairs isn’t necessarily convenient, so we just sew the splits as they occur. It wasn’t like the couch was cheap either, but next time we will drive to Portland to make our next furniture purchase. In all fairness the sales staff and service were very good, and we never gave JR a chance to make things right for the mentioned reasons.

Great group of people they have working the store. Was helped in a timely matter and the sales person called multiple locations and warehouses to check on a specific item. Good pricing too!

Great experience! Harry was so accommodating and went above and beyond with customer service… and patience as we made a decision ;) We would definitely come back here for any future furniture needs!

We were mattress shopping and were impressed with the prices and service we received. They offered us discounts and made it too good of a deal to pass up. We are so happy we stopped in and will come back again.

Have purchased multiple items from JR furniture, from mattress’s beds, tables and chairs. Never had a problem with them standing by the product or the service provid3d after the sale. Will shop here again for sure.

We bought a house last year and furnished it from here. The salesman was very helpful and not pushy at all. He spent 4 hours with us but we walked out with our whole house furnished. Thank you guys for your hard work.

This is a gigantic store with a lot of high quality furniture that is also affordable! Ryan Bailey was my salesperson, and he was very helpful and never made us feel pressured. I will continue to buy my furniture from this family owned business. Thanks Ryan for the great deal and service!

We purchased «italian leather» sofa and loveseat from the Gresham store. It was obviously defective. The cushions began sagging after sitting on it a couple times, the recliner portion hung down and the back covers didn’t fit correctly. The leather was pretty but that’s the only good thing I can think of to say. Within the first week, we asked them to pick it up, even provided them with photos that documented the defects, and they refused. It is now 9 months later and we need to throw out the furniture and start over. It is saggy, unattractive, and because it sags so much, it hurts to sit in it. Frankly, we’re embarrassed to even have company over, it’s that bad. I have never seen such poor, callous customer service in my life. They lost our business and anyone else that sees or hears about our experience.

Worst experience ever but I guess that’s what buying cheap shit will do to you. Bought a sectional a few weeks ago, we picked up due to the $ 40 delivery fee (we are maybe 3 miles away). We made 2 trips. They sectional was all backwards and would never work in our space. Was told it would be in in a week. After a week, no call so I went into the store. Was told it would be a month wait and not a week. I am beyond frustrated with this store, manager and employees. At one point I went in to see the manager and was told she was going to use the restroom and be down. I sat in the showroom for 15 minutes before a guy came over asking if I needed help. He told me HE was the manager. WTF!!! Such idiots at this store. I want a full refund but will now have to pay a restock fee for their fuck up. I plan to go to the higher ups and demand they remove this crap from my house and give me a full refund. Such dipshits. Never ever will I go back and will warn all friends to steer clear. Unfortunately I had to give this a star before posting but they definitely do not deserve one.

Me and my girl just moved to Gresham a little whiles ago and on a random whim thought «let’s go to JR Furniture» walked in and I was pretty amazed at how big the inside of the building was. They had a lot of great furniture, dinning sets, sofas, love seats, chairs, bed sets. etc etc. They were very welcoming and let us wander around to look on our own without following us which was great and when we needed help they were there right away. We were helped by wes, who never made us feel pressured to purchase anything and answered all our questions and even set us up with a little deal, definitely letting everyone I know that needs furniture about this place and will be stopping in when we need something else for ours.

My boyfriend Thomas, having worked several years in retail and being quite introverted, hates having to deal with salespeople. We’d been shopping around at other furniture places, staying at each only very briefly because we weren’t entirely sure what we wanted. Most places had salespeople who were disinterested when we weren’t obviously going to buy anything right then or simply offered different couch colors. So when salesperson extraordinaire Michael at JR Furniture approached us asking if we needed any help, Tom cringed as I said «yes, we’re looking for…»
It turned out for the better, however, after Mike showed us a variety of couches that met our needs and gave us time to go home and think. Once Tom had sufficiently Googled all the things we learned from our salesman and found that not only was he extremely knowledgable but JR’s prices were very good, we went back later that day and bought our very first non-​IKEA couch. Hooray~!

Hands down the best furniture buying experience I’ve ever had! Great prices great furniture and friendly staff! Awesome! I’d rate 6+ stars if I could!

We recently purchased a new bedroom set from JR Furniture in Gresham, and have had a terrible experience. Their customer service is some of the worst that I have received anywhere. They also do not stand behind their prices or their product.
