I have stayed here several times when visiting family in Greenwood. Hampton Inns are great — all your basics, clean, and consistent (mostly). This one lives up to that. Staying this time, my family was treated well by the staff. Notably, Crystal at the front desk, helped us recover a bag we accidentally left behind. Nice hotel. Great service! Will stay here again.

Pretty standard Hampton inn. We asked for a roll away bed and after the 3rd request they brought one up, which is better than some hotels. The breakfast was pretty good. We booked a nonsmoking room but the hallway smells like smoke. Not much got into the room though.

This is very friendly, classy hotel with free wifi that actually works, huge free breakfast buffet with tons of healthy options, quiet, clean rooms. They accidentally checked me out but fixed. A slight plumbing drainage issue but not a deal killer. One of my fav hotel stays! Would definitely stay again.

Room is nice and big, lobby is nice, but you know what? The water (when I filled up the tub I noticed this) is about the same color as the gold stars here on Unilocal.EWW. I barely want to take a shower in the water, nevermind brush my teeth. Oh, and the golden water? It’s not WARM. Arrrrrgghhhhh. After being on the road since 5am (it’s nearly 10pm now), I wanted a HOT SHOWER in CLEAN WATER.
So… Hampton, get a water filter for the building and fix your water heater. When you do so, this review will easily go up to a 4.
