Cardinal Fitness

Nice sized gym for those desiring fitness on a Budget. Plenty of bikes, treadmills and elliptical machines for cardio. They have a full set of rubberized, steel handled dumbells from 5 to 100 pounds, steel/​iron free weights, and a fair amount of benches including incline and decline. Lastly, they have an assortment of machined weights for isolation which are all newer and and in working order.
You won’t find any classes, pools nor basketball courts. Just a good, clean workout and exercise space, friendly staff and a price that undercuts all competitors. They also have child care services for parents of little ones. Best part is it’s month to month so no contract!
You only get one body so treat it well, exercise!!!
