I can’t believe it’s been so long since I’ve been here! I forgot how great Baskin Robbins’ ice cream is! I especially like when they have the German Chocolate Cake flavor! To my surprise they had it, along with many other flavors that looked tasty! I wanted to try the other ones, but I guess I’ll try them some other time. Besides the ice cream, the staff were very nice which made for a pleasant visit. I will definitely make another trip to Baskin Robbins soon.

I’m glad this place isn’t closer.

I don’t have much to say. The ice cream is good, but I always feel as if the staff is trying to hurry me along. I’m sorry if it takes me a whole 30 seconds to look at all 31 flavors. I can’t help it. They all look soo good!
It’s never busy or crowded when I go in. And seems to be pretty clean. The staff as I mentioned doesn’t seem to have a whole lot of patience, they aren’t mean or anything. But they could be a little more personable.

Excuse me, will you run my bath for me? Oh, and instead of water I want mint chocolate chip ice cream from Baskin-​Robbins.
Changing times and fickle tastes have robbed me of many of the places I liked when I was a kid. The malts at Linder’s Ice Cream are only a distant memory. Sitting in a «jail cell» at the Tin Star? My kids will never get to do that. This Christmas won’t find me strolling the aisles of Children’s Palace for just the right toy.
Thank you, Baskin-​Robbins on U.S. 31, for being one of the few constants. My mom used to go here when she was in high school and she’s REALLY old. At least almost 60.
This is one of those places that just seems like the absolute right place in all the world to be at that time. It’s the kind of place that makes you forget about the crowds of maniacs at the mall across the street. It’s the kind of place that could bring peace to the Middle East if only Abbas and Netanyahu could come to Indiana and sit down here in a booth for an ice cream cone and a laugh.

This place is ridiculous. I’ve never experienced such ridiculous customer service, and although I hate to pull the race card, I believe that had something to do with it. When my two friends and I walked in, we weren’t greeted, nor were we asked what we wanted when we approached the counter. After waiting for at least three minutes, I signaled for one of the employees and she came over, looked at me, and then asked my friend what she would like. She then asked my other friend, another customer, and another customer, before finally saying «What do you need?» to me.
I told her what I wanted and she stared awkwardly at me for a second before actually scooping it. She just handed it to me without saying «Thank you,» «Here you go,» … anything. When we walked to the register to pay, the employee just stared at us, not asking what we had or anything. We eventually told him and he didn’t even thank us before we walked out.
So, I contacted Baskin Robbins and told them how inappropriate I found this incident. The store owner then called me and pretended to care about what I was saying for two seconds before he interrupted me saying «Hold on, miss. Before you go any further, I’m going to correct a few of the things you just said…» He proceeded to raise his voice and essentially call me stupid for not remembering all of the names of the employees working there. He over-​talked me, used profane language, and told me I knew nothing.
What a great visit

This place has some of the best ice cream ever! I have tried many flavors and liked all of them! This place gets busy but it really doesn’t take that long to get served. Most of the staff seem to be teenagers, but very polite. My wife and I are shocked by how nice these teenagers are, they don’t rush you and don’t act like you are wasting their time if you ask for a sample taste of the ice cream, even if you ask more than once! They don’t have a big seating area, but who cares, the ice cream is great!
