I’ll be honest. I’m a picky customer. Jennifer & her team don’t disappoint. She’s done a perfect job on my keratin, and haircuts and her blow outs are perfect. The only downside is that my teenage boys refuse to go anywhere else. Highly recommended, friendly and professional atmosphere.

New Wave Salon has all the great service of a high-​end salon in a low-​key, friendly atmosphere (and lovely tranquil surroundings). The owner, Jennifer, is an amazing stylist (I have been going to her for haircuts for years). Even my daughter loves getting her hair cut there. They also offer one of the best keratin treatments that truly leaves your hair softer and more manageable and is done from start to finish with care and precision — and the best part is they have an air ventilation system that keeps the fumes at bay and immediately removes the vapors from the surrounding air. Highly recommend!

The New Wave Salon is an absolute gem. A tranquil and friendly oasis with a great view of the Pemberwick Mill waterfall. Jennifer, the owner and stylist extraordinaire, does an incredible job every time — and her team of colorists and stylists are supremely talented and super-​friendly. Everybody I’ve recommended visit the salon keeps going back. For example, after I told my wife about it she became a New Wave devotee. She then told her sister and brother-​in-​law, and now they are loyal customers!

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Location is quaint and overlooks a scenic view in Greenwich. Very clean as well. I first went for a Keratin treatment and will have to try them out for color and/​or a haircut.
Update: I should’ve asked which product they used for the keratin because it didn’t work well with my hair at all*. I also got a below average haircut for way too much $. I feel bad because they’re all very nice and accommodating but it was not worth my money.
*(Just to be clear, they did offer to re-​do my keratin treatment. However after the second time it still was not working — everyone has different hair, so it might work for someone else-​this was just my experience.)

Once again I am extremely pleased with my cut and color. This time I went back to my natural color, shaped up the layers and cut the dead ends. Sara did an amazing job using a toner to get rid of the ombré while matching my natural color. And Jennifer gave me the perfect spring cut and shape to match my face the next day I had a photo shoot and basically woke up with perfect hair, didn’t need to do anything! I’ll share some pictures from the shoot.

I went to New Wave Salon yesterday after purchasing a groupon for a keratin treatment. Since this was my first keratin treatment, I was a little hesitant since there aren’t many reviews on this salon. However, I am so happy that I gave this salon a shot seeing as I had an unbelievable experience! My stylist, Richie, and the owner, Jennifer, made me feel so comfortable and as if they have known me for years. I have NEVER been happier with my hair– not just with how smooth and shiny it is, but Richie also did an amazing job on my cut! I will most definitely be back. Ask for Richie!!!
